Hotel Fra i Pini in Rimini

We loved it! Special shoutout to Agata, Sylvia and the whole team for being absolute babes! I planned a surprise holiday for my mum and my sister for their birthday and I came without them knowing. The hotel helped me keep my surprise secret and helped us fit a third bed in our room without telling them. They were shocked when they saw me haha. This surprise was smooth thanks to the staff at this hotel.

Feedback about the stay itself:
The hotel was cute, intimate and modest. You have all you need, soap, shampoo and conditioner (2 in 1), hairdryer, a nice balcony, drying rack on your balcony, very strong AC and a pretty good TV! Cleaning is also very thorough and well done. Yes, there are some areas of improvement and if you're used to bigger hotel rooms, these rooms might feel quite small, but for us it was fine since we were there to visit and enjoy the beach. The breakfast is really good, however it can get quite repetitive after a while since there isn't really much rotation or diversity from day to day, this could be an area of improvement.

They have free Tapas available from 6:30 if you have something to drink at their bar. Their bar is really good by the way. You can find anything, beer, spirits and good cocktails. One thing to note is that they do not have a restaurant (aside from the little tapas bites) so you will have to go out and eat.

If we return to Viserbella - this is definitely a place I'd return to thanks to the amazing hospitality and friendliness. You can book with confidence ❤️

The hotel is small and nice. Very nice garden with terrace. But the best part is the stuff. Very friendly, professional and ready to do everything for the guests.

Hotel-staff does the whole visit! They are so helpful, polite and friendly! Rooms are small for a family of 4, but it doesn’t matter, since you only sleep there.

The location was good, close to the beach, in a quiet area, perfect for a few days of relaxation. The bus station was a few minutes away and easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great AC in the room. The breakfast was ok, with a few choices for everyone. Cozy place.

Great location rooms where cleaned every day all the staff was amazing a special mention to Sylvia and the girls they made are stay more welcoming then anywhere we’ve been before and great air-con room we had 208 which was excellent we both work in a hotel so know what to look for and I honestly cannot fault this little retreat breakfast was great Garry and Anne xxx

Excellent location excellent staff rooms that are clean every day close to the beach and a big special thank you to Sylvia and her team. They looked after us very very well. I would very definitely recommend this hotel just beware of buying goods from people on the beach because it’s cheaper in the local shops.

...from the outside a hotel like many others, but upon entering the entrance, you are overwhelmed by the kindness, friendliness and education of the staff. You immediately feel at home, everyone is thoughtful and super professional. Very clean and fragrant room, the cleaning lady, impeccable. Our daughters appreciated the rich and generous breakfast we had abroad "among the pines"... Excellent experience, we regenerated ourselves!

Stayed here for a week as a family of 4; first impressions good - immaculately clean facilities, lovely staff and an impressive breakfast. Room too small for a family, but rooms cleaned each day and lovely smelling fresh towels provided. Size would be ok for shorter stay to be fair and the air conditioning was good. Wi-fi was hit & miss, but we didn't need it much anyway. Hotel on a pretty, tree-lined street and in within good walking distance of the beach and shops/restaurants.
