Brand new structure, very well cared for modern style furniture. Dishwasher, washing machine, bathrooms, wi-fi, all in perfect working order and impeccable cleaning. Incredibly comfortable outdoor shower.
The excellent location, just a short walk from the seafront, which is just down the road. And it is also close to other useful services, such as supermarkets and pharmacies. Without a doubt the one I stayed in was the best apartment I have ever experienced in 20 years of holidays.
Finally, a well-deserved mention goes to the owners, Annalucia and Salvatore, who have unrivaled kindness and availability.
They are attentive to every detail and ready to solve every little problem for their guests. It was really a huge pleasure to meet such friendly people and to be able to stay in their new facility and it was a pain to leave.
I really hope to be back soon.

Fantastic experience in Salvatore's house who was immediately available to meet our needs. needs ! Newly built villa, with everything you need for our holiday! Beautiful veranda with awning complete with sofas, chairs, table and coffee table. a very comfortable drying rack that, in seaside resorts, must be a must! Air-conditioned room in all rooms and centralized! Equipped with a comfortable fridge and freezer for a fresh drink always available! The only thing to improve is probably the bed, but it will be because we have been used to memory for many years! For the rest, a cozy kitchen equipped with all comforts obtained in a few square meters with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one in a room !!! Congratulations on the cleaning of all the premises. The external shower is very comfortable, well arranged with external sink and washing machine! Only note: there are about ten steps down to reach the accommodation that maybe it is good to specify. Best wishes and infinite thanks x having solved the problem in the shortest possible time just to make us feel comfortable! Splendid sea at 700 meters, immersed in the Maldives of Salento! Possible ride on jet skis and parachutes in the area, a must try x strong emotions but also x a relaxing holiday! Beautiful panorama from the beautiful sandy beach! With pine forest and bar corners. A great desire to return!

The apartment is located very close to the sea and is of very recent construction. With attention to every little detail, you can feel the dedication of the owners in wanting to offer customers a super comfortable and relaxing holiday.
Modern furniture and equipped with every kind of comfort; we particularly enjoyed the outdoor area with table, chairs, sitting area, shower and a fantastic barbecue, plus you can find a terrace with four deck chairs, umbrella and table.
The cleanliness left us speechless, from 5-star luxury!
