Location: 1 km from the centre of Montesilvano and 7 km from Pescara, 15 km from the Abruzzo airport.

The hotel has 205 rooms.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.
Hotel: 200 rooms. Room categories: standard, comfort, suite. There are connecting rooms and rooms for people with disabilities.
In 2011. all rooms have been completely renovated and the rooms were completely redone (rooms of category “Comfort”, located on the upper floors, with more elegant and fashionable furnishings)
Residence: consists of 280 apartments, 200 of which were renovated in 2011. (category “Comfort”): Mono A, Mono B, Mono C, Mono D
Mono A: one bedroom, for 4 people, area with a double bed and a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed*

Apartments equipped with bed linen and towels for kitchen and bath, change of linen 1 time per week for free, additional change of linen 10 Euro per person. Final cleaning with extra charge (45 euros), definitely. The kitchen area is removed independently by the guests, otherwise a surcharge (18 euros).

The rooms are very dated and quite small, with the family accommodation being a single room with a double bed and a sofa that converted into a dangerous looking metal bunk bed.
However, the cleaning staff kept the room tidy on a daily basis, and overall tidiness of the hotel was excellent.
The hotel is right on the beach, has a brand new football and paddle tennis court, and good tennis courts. It also has a nice big pool with a couple of diving boards for the kids to jump off, and loads of activities.
The real highlight was the food; that the chef and their brigade turn out such good quality at that volume is a real tribute to their skill. There is plenty of selection, and we never struggled to find something nice to eat, and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We had a great holiday that was very good value. I'd recommend it based on our experience.
