Located in the picturesque seaside town of Montesilvano, at only 5 km from the town of Pescara, 16 km from the Abruzzo airport.

When making resort fee is a club card which includes access to the outdoor pool, rental of canoes and paddle boats, 1 sun lounger by the outdoor pool (in order queue) and 1 parasol and 1 sun lounger and 1 deckchair on the beach (starting from the 2nd row). In the morning and afternoon for guests entertainment. Sunbeds are available subject to availability. This fee will be charged from 1 July to 1 September.

Did love the place, the beach front and beautiful pool, great food nearby but showers and elevators very small, Price is excellent for this place so a great stay overall

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful.
The staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and always available to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was delicious. The front desk was always ready to assist us, making our experience even more pleasant.
The beach area was amazing — spacious and very well maintained — and the pool was also great. Every member of the team was kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

If there was a -5 stars I would assign it! I have dreamed to get married in this hotel for years. I've followed them on their website and I've imagined myself walking under the long white construction that they have in the back many many times. My family and friends would have stayed for a week or few days to have a mini vacation as well. The wedding would have been in September 2027, plenty of time. My Dream Wedding was crushed this morning when I finally went to ask information about having the wedding there, by a lady at the reception called Gessica. She was very bothered by me asking questions about a wedding staged on the back of the hotel and turned me away saying that she didn't have time for me and the wedding wasn't possible. She broke my heart. I really hope that they realise that Miss Gessica just turned away at least €20.000/30.000 of business. I'm from Pescara but I live in UK, and all my friends and my partner's family and friends would have definitely booked rooms for that week, and we are talking about 140/150 ppl. I can't believe how bad and superficially I was treated and how arrogantly I was turned away. We will be having the wedding at the Hotel Promenade, right beside it, because they were so nice and so friendly, and gave us a beautiful tour of the place and then we fixed the next appointment! I hope that Sea Lion will be completely empty that September 2027, while we will be right beside them having the time of our life! Thank you Gessica.

This location was perfect for our 1 day stay for the reason we were there for. It was just a shame we had to leave so early in morning before we got a chance to check out their breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

I expected much more from this hotel from the pictures but also the price.
This hotel's advantege is the beach. The hotel looks nice from the outsider, and the staff is friendly. The cleaning get top-rate. It takes an efford to keep the very old and wornout room looking acceptable. The design of this hotel is so outdated. Where's the Italien nice design and beautiful lamps and light? The rooms are in depression colurs, it's dark and grey nothing on the walls only an old black/white picture of Sofia Loren over the bed (where you don't even see it! However the bed is fine.
The restaurant could be wonderfull with the view, But it's almost like a cafeteria. Put at least some flower on the tables. The food was okay nothing more.

Positive: beach service was excellent
Negative:
1. Very noisy at evenings. The hotel next to Sea Lion had outdoor parties with very loud music every single night. If this would be mentioned I would not have chosen Sea Lion.
2. Breakfast was odd. No sliced cheese and you have to wait for personnel to have it sliced it to you, sometimes standing in row :). Lot of cakes and sweet pastries ut very limited selection of vegetables, and fruits.
3. Frequent problems with lock of the room door. Frustrating.

It's really not okay. I upgraded to a room on the 7th floor and had to squat to take a shower.

Hotel is very old and simple but it has all essentials: good breakfast, grate beach for kids, proper AC.
