Hotel Prestige in Montesilvano

We stayed at the hotel at the end of October (with a larger group - 10 people). The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is cozy and in a good location, both for walks to the beach (100 meters) and for mountain trips (close to the highway). The rooms are well-equipped, clean and with good cosmetics.
Contrary to some reviews, we have no complaints about the breakfast. Everyone in our group could easily find something for themselves. In a place like this, location, cleanliness, and service are more important than fancy breakfasts. Special thanks to Andrea (I hope I spelled his name correctly), who was very helpful and patient with our evening feasts :)

A dream vacation at Hotel Prestige in Montesilvano!
We spent two wonderful weeks at Hotel Prestige in Montesilvano with our family, and I can confidently say it was one of the best holidays we've had in recent years.

The beach is absolutely beautiful: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation or family walks. We especially loved how close it was to the hotel, and the water was clear and calm.

The hotel itself is very clean, well-organized, and extremely welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

A big highlight is the staff — incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. From the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, everyone made us feel at home. A true example of Italian hospitality!

I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Prestige to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location with high-quality service. We will definitely come back!

The Prestige Hotel is the absolute best 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at. It is a family-style Italian hotel. If you want to experience real Italian life, you can participate at the Prestige. The only downside is the firm mattress.

The most significant quality of this hotel is it's friendly and accommodating staff. Our air conditioner wasn't working well. And in the middle of the night, the staff assisted me. They brought us a fan so we could sleep comfortably and the next day the upgraded our room where the air conditioner was excellent. We even got a view of the Adriatic and the fan!!! They bought is cappuccinos this morning and are so solicitous about helping us with anything. I would definitely stay here again and I strongly recommend the Prestige Hotel to everyone.

We had a great time and there many positive aspects to highlight; however, one thing that stands out is staff attitude. Our daughter has cow milk and soy allergy: the staff handled that amazingly by engaging with us and making sure that we can trust that what they provided was safe. The staff assumed nothing and always double checked with us, but they went beyond just presenting a list of ingredients: they customised breakfast and meals (having an actual chef in the kitchen was great!) such that by tweaking the recipes slightly they allowed her to choose from most of the menu and not feel excluded. We think they went the extra mile there and provided an outstanding customer service compared with what we are used to.

Other great things are the dishes: there are lots of restaurants, pizzerias and café’s nearby, but we actually never felt the need to go there because hotel food was simply delicious. Everyone very kind and welcoming, it has a family feeling that adds a nice touch to the holiday. The beach (sunshades  and chairs come with the package) is great for kids because waters are shallow and one has to walk many yards before the knees get wet. Overall we had a great family time and look forward to go back!

2nd time in the hotel. New furniture and new coffee machine with coffee beans. Breakfast improvemed so ce last time also. Good choice and good for value.
