Great one night stay at b&b in Pescara
Loved it, the room is spacious, very clean and modern. Bes is big and comfortable, there are blinds and air-condition. Everything works well. There is a common coffee corner and different coffee capsules, even decaffeinated ones.
Breakfast was in a small cafe nearby, it's coffee and croissant, very fresh and tasty.
The area around is very safe and nice, not too far from the beach of Pescara snd a lot of restaurants.

Low evaluation for 1. bad gps locator & absence of address and wasted time hunting around neigborhood; 2. no parking though specifically selected and offered; 3. remote manager using rough English (we speak Italian and English)4. remotely located breakfast spots using coupons.

Clean and modern
Really nice unit, has one parking stall, close to the beach. Not the best area but seemed safe enough.

Great property in good area. Staff was very professional and friendly. I will definitely stay there when I go back to Pescara.

Everything was perfect except the bed squeaks with the slightest movement

We stayed one night while passing through Pescara. Outside reserved parking for three cars. Before arrival we were contacted to confirm arrival time in order to provide us with entry codes. Everything is OK. Our bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Maximum score up to this point....unfortunately for us that day there was a very bad and strong smell of chickenpox, probably indicative of removed mold, the fact is that it was not a pleasant night spent with windows open at night for passage and change of air; in the morning we left immediately. I imagine the problem was then resolved. Despite the inconvenience involved, the solution would still be advisable.

One night in Pescara
Overall good. A prompt response from owner to help adjust my air con - unfortunately the setting room was hot (set to 26C) & after 8 hours it decreased to 24C. The system is too feeble for the room. Disappointing given the amount of effort gone into producing such a nice property.
