Services in line with what one would expect from a mountain garní. Above average, however, is the presence of a large well-exposed balcony with a pleasant view, the possibility of a convenient and free public parking behind the structure (capacity about a dozen cars) and, last but not least, the welcome and availability of managers. The location is excellent as it is located right in front of the short downhill road that leads to the historic center but, at the same time, it is located just outside it so that it is easy to park the car. Continuing higher on the road, you can easily reach the ski lifts which are located on the side from which the hiking trails on Mount Calvario and Mount Rotella also start. The owner of the garní is a person who knows the places well and will be able to advise you on the best activities to do in the surrounding area.

Small family pension in the city center of Pescocostanzo (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) managed with hospitality, cleanliness and rigor by Mr. Emilio and his son.
Spacious rooms, abundant breakfast (this year for obvious reasons it is not a buffet) and a unique quality / price ratio in Pescocostanzo.
The location is convenient: climbing a quarter of an hour upwards (even on foot) you can use the ski lifts and enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire plateau in which the village of Pescocostanzo is immersed while the center is 1/2 minute walk.
For those coming by car, there is ample availability in the surroundings of parking lots and there is a wide offer in the immediate surroundings of Artisan Biscottifici (such as Donatelli), Pasta Shops and Restaurants.

I was with the family in August. I chose for the location the cleanliness and kindness of the owners. Right value for money. Great location to walk to the center. An excellent healthy breakfast with excellent home products is included. Very clean environment, as if we were in a 5 star hotel. Free parking . Quiet place. Beautiful landscape. The only flaw a few rooms.
