Wonderful location in one of the narrow lanes in the oldest part this magnificent town. Clean and all the basic requirements were available and worked well.

Centrally located to town the owner was helpful. Breakfast was just at our doorstep almost at a very clean bar (cafe) with choice of croissants/cornetto and coffee. Easy to find with parking just outside on side street out local traffic zone only. Short walk 100m.

We had a very pleasant stay! The host was helpful and the location was fantastic! The room had everything we needed and will be definitely considering staying there again when we revisit Sulmona!

Place well cared for in detail, clean, and with a fridge to put drinks.
Perfect location for a walk on the Corso, nearby there is also a well-wooded park for walking in the cool.
Perfect breakfast at the bar, just below the structure.
Mr. Paolo, helpful and very kind.

Excellent in everything. From the truly central location, to the cleanliness of the room and its welcome. The kindness of the manager and the truly top breakfast in the bar at 50 meters. Highly recommended

Paolo is the added value of this B&B. Very attentive to customer needs, professional and serious.
Very clean and with the main services present.
The location is excellent behind Corso Ovidio which is the heart of Sulmona.
I am pleased to hear from him that improvements are coming to enhance the rooms and make them more comfortable.

Super helpful owner both for information and for every need or advice ... we booked at the last moment and the courtesy in addition to the availability received were not recently. I absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back 😊
