We were part of a walking group. This hotel is spotlessly clean and in a lovely corner of the Centro storico. The staff are lovely - my only gripe is it lacks a proper bar area to just sit and socialise. They didn't mind you sitting in the breakfast room but it's not the same!

Nice hotel in the centre of Altamura reachable by car, the hotel offers a free valet parking service. Very good professional service. The property is in need of a refurbishment to regain its former glamour.

This lovely, 17th century palazzo was our home for a week as part of a walking holiday. Every morning we walked down through the old city walls to our bus, parked outside in the modern town we never visited except to drive through. Our bedroom was one of the ones close to the stairwell, with a high, beautifully painted ceiling and enough room to have a party in it. The bed was comfortable and spotless...

Nice modern hotel in a new calm residential area with smart rooms design (junior suite can host a family of 3 persons), spotless clean and very well equipped, gentle and helpful staff and decent breakfast. Recommended when you plan to visit Altamura historic center or sassi de Matera.

Very clean, very new, walking distance from old town

We had a wonderful time. The lady welcomed us like family. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast was excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the area. It's a strategic location. My son really appreciated the thoughtful gift the lady gave us for our trip.

This is a great choice in the Puglia countryside. It's quiet and rural - as long as you know that ahead of time - but we chose it on purpose for peace and quiet, easy parking, and a central location with access to Bari, Zoosafari, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Matera, etc. Vittoria and Leo are lovely and kind people; we felt very at home. A wonderful place in the heart of the Italian countryside. Beautiful, clean, and quiet rooms. Very warm hosts, ready to pamper us 😉 We have fond memories of these two nights spent with Victoria and Leonardo.

Very pleased with the stay we had at La Meridiana. The host where lovely, kind and helpful, the location is in the middle of farms but very pleasant stay I would recommend. The place is new and very clean. You need to drive to get to this hotel.

The location is close to the road to Matera, so it's still convenient and easy to find. However, the room was small and cold: the air conditioning didn't work and there were no blankets. A real shame, given the excellent location.

I rated it low because the first time I booked, they wouldn't give me an extra-large bed for three, since our five-year-old son isn't used to sleeping alone yet. Since the room was for two adults, not two with a child, they initially told me it wasn't available, when Booking.com said it was free for two days. Lovely place in the centre of the historical town. Host was lovely and very accommodating. Busy with great night life, if you enjoy music and people this is a good spot. You can park just on the road to the side of the old town or some of the side streets have parking. The walkways are very narrow and you keep discovering different spots. I loved my visit❤️

Everything met our expectations: a nice room with air conditioning, a small fridge, and everything was new! Centrally located, parking is easy to find—just be patient! La camera si presenta molto accogliente,i proprietari super disponibili,la stanza pulitissima,si trova nel centro storico di altamura,2 passi e ti trovi nella via principale. Per chi è automunito non ha nessun problema perché proprio prima della ZTL ci sono sia strisce blu che bianche ed è tutto tranquillo(la domenica il parcheggio sulle strisce blu é gratis) Noi abbiamo parcheggiato in piazza resistenza...

Perfect for staying in Altamura during the Cammino Materano. Clean room, with many practical details (clothes pegs, plenty of bathroom hangers, a grab bar in the shower, etc.). Breakfast was a treat, especially the delicious fresh ricotta! Mrs. Donata and her husband were extremely kind and helpful, attentive to our every need. Their generosity will remain in our hearts, thank you!

We had a great time. Mrs. Donata was kind and helpful. Every morning she provided us with fresh croissants for breakfast and many other delicacies. Each room has its own private bathroom, and it's quiet. The location is quite convenient and central.

No parking was on the street. Check in was difficult don’t know if it’s pet friendly. Room was nice the gentleman who assisted was nice .

We've been traveling around italy and stayed at different places, and this is by far the best one we stayed. We arrived pretty late at night and still showed around by the host. The beds were AMAZING! it's been awhile since I had a decent sleep. We would definitely stay here in a heart beat! Grazie mille è alla prossima!
