Property with one suite, two bedrooms and one room with whirlpool. Neutral colors, very small, essential rooms, one with a built-in wardrobe, the other with a single-door cabinet with hangers, a small TV hanging on the wall. Good for breakfast to eat outside. Present video surveillance outside. Kind hostess, nothing to say about this, very nice place, but I usually inspect, and there was no cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms, one in particular, with sheets and pillowcases, even if washed (very badly) very stained, probable organic residues , even the bed frame had drips on the side of who knows what, the same on the bottom of the bathroom door which, due to its position, was exactly at eye level when standing on the bed. On the sheet and on the mattress cover there are numerous hairs and hairs. Not exactly fresh clean bedspread. In the bathroom the sanitary ware was dirty, on the edge of the toilet on the front part also dripping of dirt, the smell of urine around the sanitary ware, hair and hair on the toilet, on the glass shelf (present a packaged soap) above the sink stains of dirt, the soap dish broken into several parts, so it collects germs and bacteria, the sink drain, underneath, was very dirty, the lack of sanitation of the rooms is evident, there is a toilet brush that should not be there, even more so if it is old and dirty , in its place there was a better shower for toilet, more hygienic; in the shower two mini shower-shampoos, a finger of dirt on the ceiling of the shower, tested by handing us a towel, the towels worn and pierced, these too stained; the split of the climate inside full of old dust, there was enough of it to form a thickness, you could see it perfectly from below. On a bedside table, containing a mini fridge (with two 500 ml bottles of water) a screw tip (discovered later that stopped the edge of the cabinet, which was on the ground behind) I did not continue the inspection because I returned at night fonda, too tired. I didn't call the owner right away because of the late hour. Leaving the room and then removing the electronic card turns off everything but also the sockets and the mini fridge which is therefore useless. In the other room the shower door was missing, the toilet seat was patched and could not be kept up, even here the cleaning is to be reviewed, on the headboard of the bed, also in fabric, simply done the test with the fingers, they are left the scratches of the fingers on the dirt. For the cost of the rooms we expect maximum CLEANING, since they are basic rooms it should be easier to keep them clean, even more so if you book in advance, you have plenty of time to check and fix. It is also never nice for the customer to point out to the owner deficiencies like these. I must say that in front of the evidence the owner has reduced the cost of a room for me. Too bad for such a nice place, just a little attention. I trusted the reviews of other travelers. My experience was bad. One star to evaluate, the other as a kind person, but it is not enough.
