Reviews
Vittoria and Leo are lovely and kind people; we felt very at home. Leo even came to get our son and the grandparents at 10 p.m., about 4km from the inn, when our rental car had a flat tire and we had to wait for road service. Viitoria also arranged a dinner for us one night by special request and gave us a fair price and memorable experience like at Nonna's house.
Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice (on the sweet side, Italian style) with homemade jams and such.
First of all, we were four families, for a total of 15 guests.
Let's start with the welcome: despite the owners knowing our agreed-upon arrival time, they left us with cold rooms and common areas, especially considering the already low temperature outside. The welcome itself was almost a series of warnings, telling us not to touch the thermostat, not to damage anything in the rooms or common areas, as if we were a 14-year-old school class on a school trip. It's clear that respecting the environment is a priority for well-mannered people; there's no need to emphasize this in a particularly annoying way. Furthermore, in one of the rooms, the heating wasn't working (which, of course, can happen), but it wasn't nice of the owners to blame the guest for having tampered with it, only to later admit that it hadn't actually worked.
Finally, we move on to breakfast, a more than sore point: once again, the lady asked us our arrival time in the dining room. We found a sad and bare table, despite the reviews that boasted a varied and plentiful breakfast! Two croissants on the buffet were even cut in half, something I've never seen before, absurd. Even the water was rationed: a half-liter carafe on the table filled under the tap—they were also being conservative with this.
Still, a modicum of attention to guests could have been shown, considering the owners knew of our arrival, especially the presence of seven young children.
Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the rooms; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious, the only positive aspect of our stay.
I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I return.
Beautiful, clean, and quiet rooms.
Very warm hosts, ready to pamper us 😉
We have fond memories of these two nights spent with Victoria and Leonardo.
midst green fields, you feel at the end of the world
interesting architecture
refrigerator, almost cooking facilities
Brand new and well equipped rooms.
It is located a little out of the way from the SS about 10 km but it is valid as it is in the quiet countryside and suitable for relaxation and tranquility without the noise of .... City!
Excellent home cooking, Mrs. Vittoria offers foods and jams with tastes that cannot be found today as they are treated and served as a chef with the details of the cooked, bred product, excellent vegetables for a vegetarian with exceptional flavors!
It has been followed in detail and if you have children Dr. Vittoria, even if retired, follows the various groups of children in therapies and physiotherapy and much more to help girls and parents!
