The place as such is very nice! However, you have in the bath a shower/tub with whatever massage/spa/steam treatment that does not even work. The workers seem to be there as for a punishment. We did mot really see a joy in their work or a smile on the face.

Offering welcoming drink, but when choosing a beer got charged 4.5e/person (i was informed about a beer bring excluded from the welcome drink, but then what do you offer as a welcome drink?).

We were located in the next building (say 10min walk) with reservations for dinner. The weather was miserable and nobody offered a 2min car transfer.

For the breakfast you have a big sign "2 warm drinks per person".

We checked in at 1400 and they had NOOOTHING for food (not even some idea of offering a platter) and sent us to the petrol station to eat.

Lots of these small details that could make it a real 4-5* place end up more like a 3* one

The farm is in Avetrana, at the end of a dirt road with well-aligned olive trees next to it. The building is totally refurbished, beautiful in appearance and with ample parking. Perhaps it could have been better illuminated because in the evening walking the internal paths is a bit left to intuition. The restaurant is pleasant in appearance, nothing striking but has beautiful star vaults. The staff is professional, kind, but not very cooperative on the choices. In general, everything is eaten well, from appetizers (excellent both patties and potato croquettes and fried in general) to dessert. Good grilled octopus with baked potatoes (few), rigatoni with broad bean cream, and rice with seafood. Both the gnocchi and the fish are discreet. Normal portions, neither too much nor too little. The only negative note is that the prices are higher than expected, even taking into account the good cuisine and the quality of the food. The cellar, in general, leaves something to be desired.

Stayed here with a group of bike gals. Beautiful place. Lovely pool and great food. Love puglia!
