Don't expect anything fancy here. For the price (we paid around €52/small double + city tax via booking.com) it's very simple but clean.
ocation is perfect just 5 minute walk from Bari Centrale and 10 minute walk to Bari old town.
Self check-in via mobile phone, so you gotta have mobile data otherwise you won't be able to enter the accommodation. No key, only via mobile phone. No reception.
There is an elderly man living in the room that says General manager but he doesn't speak English and couldn't help in any way. I was asking for the WiFi as there was no instruction given how to connect. We figured out by ourselves but they could really make an effort and pay attention to details here, f.ex.
no remote for the AC provided and no heating, we do have remotes in our mobile phone so we could use the AC to heat the room a little otherwise it would be too cold at night in wintertime.

Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
We traveled around Puglia for a month and this was by far our worse stay.

- There were holes in the floor.
- There were broken floor trims.
- The floor was very dirty (our son’s clothes were BLACK after crawling on the floor for a few minutes!)
- The balcony, unlike in the pictures, was missing chairs. – so it could barely be used.
- The shower was dirty.
- The baby crib was missing a mattress.
- There was a bad smell in the hallway at the entrance to the apartment.
- The checkout time did not match what was stated on Hotels.
- The support was unfriendly.
- It was very poor sound isolation.

Unacceptable.

Very friendly and nice. The room was clean. I plan to come back again next time I travel. Parking was safe because I used an affiliated parking lot.

Neighbors yelling at each other literally on my patio steps and view of buildings below awkward entry complicated finding office not such a good neighborhood

The area was right down the road from shopping and about a 10 minute walk to old town Bari. There really wasn’t interaction with staff because it was a B & B style. The door knobs to get in were loose and harder to get into having to turn them so much. There were ants in our room and bathroom and the shower was a little small. The balcony was huge with a decent view of the area.

Excellent location near the station. The room with the terrace was beautiful.
The bathroom could be improved because it smelled bad and the drain was very noisy.

Everything else was fine.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was planning on writing regarding the bad installations (for example the bathroom floor getting all wet when showering because the door doesn’t close), but then I realized smoking is probably “allowed” despite saying the opposite because the smell of cigarette was impregnated absolutely on everything. To the point where I got a very strong headache, had to sleep with a mask and with the balcony door opened despite being 6 degrees outside, and not even there the smell went fully. Completely disgusting and unbearable! Worst experience in my travels.
