Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
We traveled around Puglia for a month and this was by far our worse stay.

- There were holes in the floor.
- There were broken floor trims.
- The floor was very dirty (our son’s clothes were BLACK after crawling on the floor for a few minutes!)
- The balcony, unlike in the pictures, was missing chairs. – so it could barely be used.
- The shower was dirty.
- The baby crib was missing a mattress.
- There was a bad smell in the hallway at the entrance to the apartment.
- The checkout time did not match what was stated on Hotels.
- The support was unfriendly.
- It was very poor sound isolation.

Unacceptable.

Very friendly and nice. The room was clean. I plan to come back again next time I travel. Parking was safe because I used an affiliated parking lot.

Neighbors yelling at each other literally on my patio steps and view of buildings below awkward entry complicated finding office not such a good neighborhood

The area was right down the road from shopping and about a 10 minute walk to old town Bari. There really wasn’t interaction with staff because it was a B & B style. The door knobs to get in were loose and harder to get into having to turn them so much. There were ants in our room and bathroom and the shower was a little small. The balcony was huge with a decent view of the area.

Excellent location near the station. The room with the terrace was beautiful.
The bathroom could be improved because it smelled bad and the drain was very noisy.

Everything else was fine.

Angela, the wonderful women who helped on June 9th was indeed an angel. I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office. She was extremely supportive, understanding, and went out of her way to guide me to my room. I always will remember her kindness. The room as great as well.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and close to the station. A few things to be aware of:
- there is no reception and you will need an internet connection to check-in and open the doors each time
- the address is correct but the room is not where the pin is on Google maps
- the air-con is too small and/or not working properly; it doesn’t cool the room much at all
