Absolutely terrible experience. The room was filthy — dust everywhere, and the sheets were clearly used and unwashed. It felt disgusting to even touch the bed. When I complained, the staff couldn’t care less and acted like it was my problem. This place shouldn’t even be open. Avoid it at all costs.

The motel was very disappointing. The room was dirty and the bed sheets hadn’t been changed — clearly used by previous guests. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to address the issue. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

• Broken window.
• Shower door that practically remained in my hand while I was washing myself with a shower head, also broken.
After two days of this nightmare, they offered me a room change.. so relieved by this.. I immediately made sure of the shower box (luckily new).
I thought... ok at least the last day will be decent.. and instead... no hot water came out!
Summary.. I was made fun of so many times that at a certain point I thought I was in a comedy show at the theater.

Dear ! I would like to share with you my bad experience with the accommodation advertised on the site. Our reservation was for two people. We had a towel available, I had to put it in a towel. Everything was dusty, the wall was very dirty. We asked for a double bed, there were two beds pushed together in a very bad condition. There were also bed bugs. Already on the first night, after our arrival, I informed the host that the accommodation did not meet my needs and that the photos did not correspond to reality. In response, I was told that they would report the matter to their superiors and try to fix the problem. I wanted to leave the accommodation in case I got a refund for the 2 nights I didn't spend. The solution to the problem was exhausted to the point that after 2 days I received the answer that I would not receive a refund because I had not left the accommodation. They managed to avoid payment by delaying it on purpose.
I wish the rules of the accommodation providers were stricter so that no one else would end up in this situation. I am attaching the photos taken there, which reflect reality.
The whole accommodation is a scam. I don't recommend it to anyone, next time I'd rather sleep on the street

The 3 days I spent here were the worst accommodation experience of my life. The condition of the room was below criticism. The walls were dirtier than in a workers' hostel, the furniture was old and outdated. There were glass marks from previous guests dried on the bedside table. Our reservation was for 2 people, yet 1 towel was available and no bed linen. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, which was not suitable for a couple to sleep together. The pictures do not reflect reality at any level. The accommodation provider's ability to solve the problem is also 0. After we reported our problems immediately after our arrival, no corrections were made. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Contrary to applicable EU and UN law, the hotel refused to accept us with a guide dog, saying that "it is not a hotel for blind people." They only let us in when we said we would call the police. Humiliating treatment…
