Perfect location a few km from Lecce what about Raffaella this b and b reflects the wonderful person she is, it was like being at home, pampered, spoiled, the different breakfast every day and all made by her. truly exceptional

Comfort of a 5-star hotel. Strategic position on the outskirts of Lecce and easy to reach from the highway. Raffaella (the owner) is a wonderful person, always smiling and an incredible cook! Do not miss his breakfast, to remember! I would give 10 stars, but I can only give 5, too bad!

Very clean and nice staff. Be aware that they charge you for cleaning your room. Typically cleaning and providing fresh towels is not an extra charge. Also the bottles of water they leave in the room are extra charge as well if you use them - even though bottled water it is the only drinking water available in Italy. Hotel was great otherwise!

The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens.

Well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, clean room.

Only two negatives- it was April and hot, but the hotel did not have the AC turned on. Afternoon sun baked our room. Second item- the hotel permitted a band or audio group to set up a large sound system and do hours of loud sound tests. The music was so loud, we were unable to stay in our room.

Disappointing area. Absolutely nothing there. Did not appreciate gardener strimming and cutting the grass before 7am, he was still there when we left at 10. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Staff were lovely

It seems this hotel is starting up activitities after a long COVID break. The place itself is great, a beautiful building with splendor inside. But the staff is hardly speaking English, but friendly. Really really clean hostel, has everything you need eg kitchen to use, laundry etc. Lovely people who work there and a mixed group staying at the hostel. Super market 2 min walk away. About 20 min walk to the old town but didn’t matter to us. Go the the patisserie/bakery directly opposite for the most delicious local pastries.

I spent one night here in a mixed room. Breakfast was included. Rate was ok too. Friendly staff with hospitality. Bit far from center. 2 supermarkets are closeby, bús station is a bit far too but there are many opprtunities to hang out. Beach is closeby too.

Well located, near Old city and 1km plus from train station, hotel is modern with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms small but adequate with wooden flooring and biggish bathroom. Lacks charm but good for a short stay in Lecce. Excellent pizzeria a short distance from the hotel.

Modern, clean, great breakfast offered each morning! Located in a more residential area, we stayed here two nights with a tour group. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old town. Restaurants, bakery and a small food market all are nearby.

A comfortable modern hotel with good sized rooms and spacious public areas around reception, about 10 minutes walk from the old town of Lecce (and also from the station). Small restaurants neaby are genuinely local and worth trying. Only small grumbles were meagre in-room amenities (eg glass and china are much nicer to drink from than plastic and carboard) and too few savoury options at breakfast

The location is perfect to explore Lecce. The historical city can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The hotel was what I expected. I know what you're thinking, but in this castle, they make you feel like royalty. It's completely renovated, reimagined with elegance and comfort at the forefront without forsaking history.. A nice, doable walk from the old town. Breakfast was by far the best we had in Italy. Everything you can imagine is fresh and delicious.

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding and loved the place! Whole venue was utilised for the wedding and was very beautiful overall. An amazing place, it is almost unbelievable that someone gets the chance to stay in a historic tower on this price. Although, a wedding was taking place 2 of the 4 nights we have stayed, our room was quiet at all times and we never heard a noise. Friendly stuff, ready to provide assistance on any occasion. The hotel is in a former castle dating from 1419, worth checking out the salon with arazzis and original frescoes. Reception allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out, praise to the staff! The property was well maintained and very clean. Check in was excellent and very friendly. Didn't really see any staff after that. The only minor complaint was that the hair dryer didn't work. We were surprised the property was on a busy road which made it noisy in the morning.

Lecce break Beautiful suite which was serviced daily and easy walk to the old town and restaurant the host Bibiana was amazing and checked in with us at breakfast every day to see if we needed anything and provide recommendations. The service provided from all the staff was wonderful

Perfect location near to the old city center in Lecce. Matteo, the host, was really clear throughout our communication and everything went really smooth. He also helped with a lot of good suggestions of restaurants in Lecce and helped sort out quickly any other issue we had. Pasticciotto for breakfast is definitely the right choice!

As mentioned by others it’s very overrated by those from the west who don’t have taste. Impossible to park. Parking is a fable. “Breakfast” was a crumb and a tiny apology for coffee. Unsafe shared room entry with some dude trying our door. Poor maintenance and management left in untrained family hands. Complain and you will experience great hostility. Watch and see!

Great breakfast was included with every day delicious local pastrys. The host and staff were very friendly and took their time to explain the possible sighseeings. A real recommendation. This B&B is in the most perfect location for visiting Lecce. About a 3 minute walk from the gates into the old town in a quiet side street. We had prebooked the parking in their underground garage. Sarah was absolutely charming and helpful and brought our breakfast to our room each morning. The rooms are very airy and clean and the shower super powerful.

It was a great place, very clean, indeed the breackfast was very basic, italian style with alot of sugar , but there were eggs, han, cheese and some bread. For the price we paid it was a good balance. We chose this place dor the eooms and indeed it was ok. I didnt heard noise.

Decent room, but in the bathroom, the lock was not present, the shower water did not maintain any temperature (sometimes became scalding suddenly) and there is a sudden elevation in the floor which is very easy to hit your foot on.

Sonia is a nice person and is very collaborative! She was at the apartment for a bit early check-in! The location is good and easily accessible!

It is located in a strategic position, very close to both the city center and the central station of Lecce. The studio apartment is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Mrs. Sonia is very kind and helpful, she welcomes you in the best way. I highly recommend it to those who stay from 3 days upwards, ideal for families or friends

The property is very clean, had a patio to dry clothes. There's a very nice laundry place around the corner that was convenient. The host is very helpful with recommendations. They bring breakfast to your room and its very complete and delicious. The property is around the corner from the historic center, and the station is also walking distance.

The host is wonderful and speaks very good English. The breakfasts served in the two days are different, so you don’t get bored with the same. She knew I am going on a long drive, so she considerately added more snacks in the already wonderful breakfast so I can take on the road. I’d definitely come back again.

Really high quality boutique hotel right in the centre of Lecce. The artistic design and quality is something to experience. Nothing to fault, tremendous team, fabulous breakfasts and one of the best I have experienced (an I am getting on a bit)!

This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. There are several areas for relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.

The room was wonderful and we loved the little underground pool. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the noise from the street was extremely loud in the room which was unfortunate.

We stayed only one night in the Liccio room. The place looks exactly like the pictures, it’s in the city center, it smells beautifully, it’s clean and modern. Nice breakfast served in the terrace. Highly recommended!

Everything about this stay was first-class. From the communication before check in, to the location, to the room, to the breakfast. I don’t know how the price is affordable as it is but would definitely recommend for anyone staying in lecce.

The location is great. It is close to important tourist attractions, the staff are super nice (I had a problem with company credit card and they patiently waited for a couple of days), room is clean, and there is a balcony both in the room and on the roof where you have breakfast. Very well located hotel; beautiful decoration baroque art, in the spirit of Italy; very good full breakfast; attentive staff and good advice.

Hotel is very close to train station. Very convenient for hopping on a train to get to hotel and to next destination. No convenience store in close proximity and hence difficult to buy tooth paste and tooth brush that hotel doesn't provide. Only one kebab shop is in close proximity to the hotel and if you do not like kebab you have to walk quite a distance for food.

As soon as the window was closed, the room smelled of decay, a rather unpleasant smell. The elevator was also very old, and it took several presses to get the elevator going while waiting in the lobby. However, it was very close to the station, and taxis were available right outside the hotel, so transportation was quite convenient.

We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc). The owner was very good and tried her best to help. The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day.
