This is a small Hotel with modern interior in the old part of Lecce. Because it is located in the old part of the city the streets are small and narrow. Upon arrival we were greeted by Daniella the hostess who gave us a map of the city and went kindly over the details of our stay. Our room was very clean and decorated very modern.The bed was very comfortable. We used the hotel as a base to visit this beautiful baroque city of southern Italy. All the interesting historic areas were within walking distance of the hotel. We were given a parking card by Daniella so we could park in the street of the hotel. In the morning we had a nice continental breakfast where we were delighted to taste one of Lecce's own pastries, pasticiotto, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. This hotel was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the old part of the city of Lecce.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and very friendly & helpful staff. Chic lobby & rooms! And they store road bikes for those travelling on 2 wheels!

Arco Vecchio is a great choice if you are wanting comfort, value and a great location to stay & visit Old Town Lecce. It’s new, modern, spacious but the best asset is the team. From the moment you arrive you feel welcome, everybody is genuinely happy to help and are accommodating. Special shoutout to Sylvia for going above and beyond with helping us….. it was and still is appreciated. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that offers good value, great location & even better hospitality….. then book here with Caterina, Sylvia and the team.

Room converted from garage last few months. Smells bad of fuel. Room minimal. Front desk not helpful. Booked many months ago. Stayed here last year and great. Understand that many people love this hotel (we did until today). Will be looking for somewhere else.

We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc).
The owner was very good and tried her best to help.
The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day.

We stayed here one night at the start of our cycling tour. It is located in the old town, close to all the attractions and restaurants but in a very quiet peaceful street. The bedroom was nicely furnished and the bathroom clean and well sized. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and even tried to help resolve our transfer problem when our flight was transferred to another airport. I would recommend this place and would definitely return.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of the old town. Close to several restaurants and places to visit.
The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Good breakfast.
The hotel needs some updating and for the price I think you can find better options.

This lovely looking hotel lost our booking. They claimed they had “personnel changes.” They accepted responsibility and booked us into another 3 star hotel, but one with a 3.5 Trip Advisor rating, a full point lower than its own TA rating. And, they booked an entirely unstatisfactoy “economy” room with no place to put clothes, a broken window and no hot water.
