Do not book this, the management is not honest, it's a scheme; I booked this apartment through Expedia, but a few days before my stay, the property contacted me saying they were overbooked and needed to relocate me elsewhere in the city. I want to believe this was a one-off, but after reading other Google reviews, several guests report the exact same experience around the same dates, which suggests this may be a recurring practice of overbooking certain listings and shuffling guests into other properties that happen to be free. Dealing with this mid-trip was stressful and inconvenient, and initially no refund was offered at all, despite the replacement accommodation being noticeably inferior: older, less renovated, and not accessible by car. I had to actively negotiate to get a partial refund for the inconvenience, so if this happens to you, push for compensation.

It seems to be a way to fill their other, less popular properties. Also, they call their accommodation B&Bs, but they are not. They are apartments; there is no breakfast, no reception, They are Airbnb-style apartments.

Our room was large and the hotel was in a good location. Easy to access old town, restaurants and shopping.

As much as I liked the staff and place, I didn’t realize there were a lot of stairs ( traveling with elder mom) also main level had many cockroaches which I hated.

My husband and I stayed in Sept 2024. Francesca was so lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Location was great and breakfast was personal and lovely. Highly recommend it

We had an amazing experience in Casa di lo Suites;,The location was perfect, the rooms are very unique and the lady that welcomed us was so nice; I felt very comfortable to call her any time and have an information about restaurants and beaches around, she upgraded us due to my husband’s 50 birthday and surprised us with an amazing breakfast.

Loved the design of the place with the stairs going to the bed, Great price and bathroom was great as well.
Got given free breakfast on the first morning and room was equipped with a coffee machine and kettle with tea bags too.
Would definitely come back here 😃

Right in the centre of Lecce. Well furnished, friendly and helpful staff, super clean and resonably priced.

No one was present upon on arrival even though we had agreed on meeting at 5PM; we were told to wait 40 min for the staff to arrive. Additionally there was no toilet paper or towels in one of our 2 bedrooms. Even though checkout was at 10AM, the cleaning staff came to our room at 9:30AM and waited at the door for us to leave which was quite uncomfortable. The B&B name is also misleading as they do not offer breakfast. Despite this, the room was nice and well situated in Lecce.
