B&B Terra d'Oriente in Veglie

I have been their guest on business for 2 times, the overall structure is very nice, too bad it lacks maintenance in some rooms and they are not organized well, the first time I was their guest I had to wait for almost an hour for them to come to give me the keys while the second time they were a little quicker, but I found the shower without the knob to adjust the water temperature, as well as the structure does not have an external sign, it is the welcome is not great, then that you can't pay with a card is a really bad thing for me in 2022.

EDIT: responding to the response of the Owner, The first time I was your guest, about 6 months ago, although I was told to notify 10min before arrival, I had plenty of time to arrive from Lecce by car (About 25min ) and I waited another 40 in front of the structure, the second time, which I warned an hour in advance, it didn't happen. as for the payment, the first time the girl who arrived at the structure did not even know that I needed an invoice or receipt and did not have the pos for the payment, the second time there was no one to make the payment, so much so that I communicated everything to the company, and they contacted you to request an invoice and settle the balance. But what is worse than that night there was a terrible storm, where there was often no electricity, and in the morning the structure was without water, and meeting with the other guest who had the same problem I noticed that he was a switch in the electrical panel "down" and we reset it ourselves. o no blame because these things happen, but at least to check that everything is ok after a bad weather of that magnitude?

I hope that the nice owners manage the structure better but I will certainly not return, sorry!

Unfortunately I relied on past reviews, I had the opportunity to spend two nights in this B&B, there is no sign, I called to find out what the structure was, the owner sent me someone who practically gave me the keys and zero welcome .. practically absent breakfast, 2 packets of rusks and the classic jam. I saw someone again when it was time to pay. I gave it two stars because the structure is really new, the room is modern and clean, the bed is super comfortable. Price 2 nights without other services such as breakfast 90 €
