I had a wonderful stay in B&B Kalavria.
The room was comfortable, nice and very clean. The communication with the hotel was very easy, I got all information that I needed.
The distance to the city center is about 10 min. walk, to the central station about 15 min. and to the ferry terminal about 25 min.
I strongly recommend to stay in B&B Kalavria If you plan to travel to Reggio Calabria. ☺️

What a fantastic place to stay in this beautiful town. Our hosts were so welcoming and generous. Having a patio was a bonus. Would stay here again for sure. Reggio is worth the visit at Christmas for sure.

A really nice B&B in a safe area of town. It’s about 4 streets back and only 2 minutes to Castello Aragonese. On arrival myself and another couple had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to arrive after sending them a WhatsApp message. Inside was clean fresh and the staff were friendly. My room was fairly big but only 3 hangers for your clothes. There was a TV as well as a couple of bedside tables and a fridge which had water, coke and beer in. My private bathroom was outside the bedroom but was spotless and had a decent shower. The area felt very safe but those narrow streets do get busy with lots of cars all honking their horns at every moment. The only downside would be the lack of storage space but it’s not something that bothered me as I was travelling light. If you have a lot of luggage then it could be an issue. Overall, a very nice place and for the price it was excellent value for money.

For breakfast, they asked us if we wanted a traditional one or if we should pay an extra 5 euros per person for a better one. Otherwise, the traditional one was a single croissant 😕

Great location within walking distance to everything, just park your car and walk. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet.
The breakfast was wonderful and can be customized to your preference. Domenico and Erma were most gracious and wonderful hosts. We will definitely stay again when visiting Reggio. ❤️

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. Domenico the host was attentive and easy to reach when I had any concerns. The breakfast was amazing and you could customize it to what you wanted to eat. It was a great place and made our stay in Reggio very pleasant and easy.

This place was recommended and lived up to expectations. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. We stayed 3 days before taking the ferry and train to Palermo. The pastries at breakfast were scrumptious. Would recommend a couple of more spoons for cereal!!

This place is a gem. You can tell the owners are total professionals, and put a lot of effort into this place. We got a suite, which came with the normal hotel room + sitting room (with foldout couch). My friend loved the foldout couch more than the bed and slept there. So - room was great. Also, the terrace was very relaxing, an oasis. We easily scored street parking when we arrived on Sunday, as there was gobs. Then Monday morning - boom - the streets were packed. But, come Monday night, it was fairly available again.

Adorable managers (welcoming and accommodating). Rooms very good, the terrace is very nice too! It is possible to park easily (in the quiet street or secure parking not far and free available).
