Beautiful hotel, I have been going there for years and I have always had a good time. Strategic location, behind the bronze museum, quiet and very nice rooms, attentive and efficient staff, wonderful is the view that you can enjoy on the top floor of the hotel where you can have an excellent breakfast!!

Very dated decor and worn out looking in many places. Pretty noisy outside and could hear neighbors too. It was clean and the bathroom was nice. Offered the little bottles of toiletries, which was a decent selection if not good for the environment.

Hotel cituated very close to the centre of the city. Very clean and spacious rooms, great variety of warm and cold choices of breakfast, polite and serviceable personel.

A bit dated but good breakfast buffet. Not all electrical outlets worked. Shower water temperature was not consistent.

The hotel is good. Not all parts of it have been repaired, but they are still kept in good condition and, above all, clean. i have yet to stay at the Ehotel but i will give them a 5 star for customer service...i had a bad experience with a 3rd party booking company to the Ehotel during covid.Ehotel tried everything to assist me in getting a refund even though they as well did not get any money for the booking.originally i was upset at Ehotel as well but soon realized they were the victim of this unethical 3rd party booking...

Nice Hotel. Modern Design. Only 5 Minutes walk to the beach and shopping street. a bit out of the way but still central. Perfect Hotel to visit the town.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. And if you like me, then in a room with a sea view, in front of which you can see Sicily, this is really the best option. The hotel is close to the center, convenient location even for those coming from the motorway. I easily found parking even under the building.

The hotel is in the harbor area, easily accessible from the motorway and a few steps from the centre. For those traveling by car, there is free parking directly below the hotel. I only stayed one night, but I can assure you that it is a welcoming and very nice hotel. All rooms included in it (room, breakfast area, entrance, etc.) are very clean, which should not be underestimated, especially during this period. Friendly and helpful staff, Domenico's number one. Went for a beer with friends staying there. Hotel looked basic. Service was good. Not much of a selection.

Perfect structure for me. I don't understand the criticisms, it's all so very clear and transparent. I was fine with location, parking and accommodation. Excellent and strategic location, ample parking and inside the structure. Clean and comfortable rooms. The price is right for the reasons mentioned. All perfect. A true 4 star. Excellent parking. Clean room equipped with every comfort. Clean bathrooms equipped with amenities. We have been given a very large and comfortable room. Lovely place, staff really helpful and it just had a really nice feel to it. Breakfast was plentiful. Secure parking. Cute little balcony with a view of Sicily. A stones throw from the town centre and amenities.

We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. super friendly staff and attentive to your needs, strategic hotel location close to all the attractions (station, museum, seafront). The rooms should be revised and lived in (curtains and interior furnishings). The TV does not receive all the channels. Terrace with spectacular view. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast with a wonderful view on the 4th floor was the best feature of this hotel. The room was small and the ensuite was desperately in need of an upgrade and all the towels were badly stained. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work in the rooms on the ground floor.

Very clean and tidy right in front of the beach.

Small room and abit rundown, but clean and worth the ~30 EUR I payed for one night. The floor in the bathroom felt warmish so I think there was underfloor heating in there, appreciated in January.... Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, best part was the brilliant view of Mount Etna and the Strait of Messina; the coffee was quite good as well...

Hotel is clean, service is great and the restaurant has the best food

Rooms were modern. However can be very noisy. Staff seems to like to yell at 6am. Not one, but all. The room i had, seems to be below the breakfast dining area and was noisy. Staff very polite. But just wanted to get job done, but not very friendly.

This was our second stay at the Medinblu. The location is spot on. You can walk into town with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English. The room deco is beautiful. You will have a wonderful time!!!

The rooftop terrace restaurant was a very pleasant spot for an excellent Sunday lunch of spaghetti with clams, mussels, and shrimp in a light tomato sauce followed by grilled octopus and a side of eggplant caponata. The views over the city combined with wonderful food made this meal memorable.

Great location, big rooms. The restaurant has was delicious and had great views. My husband left a sweater in the closet and the hotel contacted us and had it shipped to Florence. Absolutely amazing service.

This should be a 5 star hotel. The staff the location and the rooms were all perfect. Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Front desk staff always polite and eager to help. Chris and his team at breakfast always greeted us with happy smiles and knew our coffee order. We had a fantastic 5 days there.

Great location and good price. The room was very dated and not entirely clean and the bathroom did badly need updating. Breakfast was limited but did the job

Excellent value for money. I wasn't expecting much for €20 but got a lovely room with balcony and the staff were very helpful with everything I needed. Will stay here every time.

A decent hotel. The location was perfect (great view over the sea and Sicily), but I think that some renovation and refurbishing could help. I won't complain over breakfast: we got a coupon for a local croissant around the corner. Above all, we found that it was generally worth the money. Not perfect, but safe for the wallet.
