B&B da Luca in Panarea Village

Nonna Lina and her son Gianluca were both a pleasure to get to know in our short time on Panarea. Many hotels cannot offer the personal and lovely service they do. Their smiles, freshly baked pastries, open outdoor space, and more all contributed to a wonderful stay on the island, especially when considering the reasonable price. Gianluca was accommodating and picked us up/dropped us off at the port and wanted to do it free of charge. The only downside was not spending more time here, I wish I could live with nonna Lina all summer.

We stayed just one night at Luca's fantastic B&B. He greeted us as soon as we arrived at the port, making himself available for everything. Once you arrive at the location, you'll be enchanted by everything around you, so thoughtfully cared for down to the smallest detail. The scent of the flowers, the rooms, the view of Basiluzzo, and the peace of mind. Mrs. Lina also gave us a wonderful welcome. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this B&B for a few days and it was simply wonderful. The location is perfect: waking up to a view of the sunrise is a feeling hard to describe... the sun rising over the sea, with its colors changing minute by minute, is something we'll never forget.
The garden is immaculately kept, perfect for relaxing with a book or simply enjoying the silence of the island. After a day exploring Panarea or sailing, returning here was like returning to a quiet and welcoming refuge.
The room was clean, bright, with simple but tastefully chosen details. The owners were super helpful, always kind but never intrusive, and also gave us excellent advice on where to eat and what to visit.
In short, an experience that left us heartbroken. If you're looking for a romantic, relaxing place with a view that's worth the trip alone... this B&B is for you. We'll definitely be back ❤️

We booked B&B da Luca on recommendation from friends. It is surrounded by beautiful thoughtfully designed gardens with stunning views of the sea and rocks. The villa is attractive and bedrooms clean, spacious and comfortable. However, the charm of B&B da Luca is the warm Sicilian welcome from Luca and his amazing mother Lena. They make you feel you are part of the family! Lena prepares the most delicious breakfasts each morning with fruit, coffee and fresh pastries. The walk to the town takes 10 minutes and from there you can catch a golf buggy taxi to the beach. The island of Panarea is a unique experience and one we shall never forget. We definitely hope to return to B&B da Luca again next year.

Last visited B&B da Luca in 2018 and so it was time for a return trip (with my parents also this time). It is a perfect boutique hotel in Panarea. The hotel is beautiful and they are constantly making improvements. It has a soho house style charm, extremely well thought out terraces, gardens and bedrooms/bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and served by the very hospitable Angela (Luca’s mum). She made us feel welcome like family, and it felt like I was going to my Nonna’s house (albeit a very luxury stay with Nonna). Angela is very friendly and was happy to share her knowledge about the island and its history which is fascinating. Luca was a great organiser, he remembered us from 7 years before and was helpful in organising boat trips for us so everything was booked before we arrived. The boat trip he booked with Francesco was amazing, a truly luxurious boat and we all felt like celebrities for the day. We will be back again and would recommend this gem of a place to all our friends.

My stay at B&B da Luca made my experience in Panarea genuinely fantastic. It was my first time on the island, and I travelled alone for the weekend. Luca and his mother were great hosts, very kind and helpful. Luca picked me up by car when I arrived at the port, which was great. The B&B is in an excellent location, close to Spiaggia della Calcara, and has a spectacular sea view. The apartment was cosy, super clean, and very comfortable. I would really recommend this place! I will come back soon!

Great BnB with a beautiful view, good rooms and really nice people. Was expecting a little more savoury options for breakfast but it was still good. Thankyou for the stay!
