Older hotel that I appreciate with vintage charm. Most magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea.Staff was amazing.All the amenities I needed. Comfortable stay!

The room was nice and clean, maybe better duvet. Also you could here someone flush the toilet right next to the bed. The staff was abit rude and need to work on the hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay here. The best part about Hotel Fontana is the location. It's literally in the heart of the Amalfi. The size of the room is big, the bathrooms are amazing. Our rooms were really amazing. Bathrooms even have heated toilet seats! Right in the heart of the town. Christian made our trip wonderful by providing us with suggestions for what to do and see and he helped us with transportation.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Christian was very friendly and welcomed us at the square in Amalfi. The location of the hotel is great. Our room was very spacious, there were 2 separate rooms inside. There were many amenities in the room, and also good options of drinks and snacks on the fridge. The hotel is highly is recommended. Brilliantly located above the bustling Main Street of Amalfi, with terrific double glazing and air conditioning so you are unaffected by the noise. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The view is insane. Location is good, just next to the bus stop. Having breakfast at the balcany in the morning is crazy. The only thing is the hair dryer in our room was not working. The staff is helpful tho. She lent us another hairdryer but it was also not working lol. Very nice hotel! We booked a room with an over look and a jacuzzi tub. The water didn’t stay warm enough to fill the tub, but the room was overall very nice. The views were beautiful, the staff so nice and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view Service is perfect, nice breakfast. You will need to walk 1km to Amalfi center, but it worth. 20 minutes walking to ferry. Bus 5070 stops very close the hotel, but you need to have tickets first. Maybe the hotel could sell this tickets in future.

Loved staying here during our vacation in and around Napoli! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well equipped. We even had our own nice terrace. Angela and Emelio were amazing hosts. When we arrived, Angela brought homemade cake and juice to our room. And every morning she made amazing homemade breakfast fresh to order. The view from the rooms are unbelievable, and I would highly recommend staying here. It is off the beaten path, but the nearby restaurant offers shuttle service to and from the hotel. Five stars!

Amazing location 2 min walk to the main square from the hotel. The only thing is even if you choose to pay at the hotel, they will still charge you beforehand. I was going to pay by cash at the hotel but they charged me by the card on Trip.com anyways.

Carmella was delightful and gave us suggestions on how to spend our three days as well as tips for managing high season of tourists and bus schedules.
