Amalfi Suite Boutique Hotel in Amalfi

İ have stayed in this hotel for 5 days and i regret it. Don’t come to this hotel unless you want your items and money to get stolen. Someone tried to break in to my room when i was inside the room and then he escaped. İ cant imagine if i was not in the room what would happen. When i told this to the supervisor, the one with glasses, his attitude was so bad and he was so rude, he kept yelling at me and made fun of me and his answer was this is not a five star hotel, this man has to be trained for how to treat a customer. Rooms were not clean, there was a hair of an old woman in my bed. I definetly not recommend this hotel.

Your response is not only misleading, it is false.

My door was not just knocked on — it was clearly attempted to be opened while I was inside the room. This is the exact reason I immediately came to the reception in fear.

Contrary to what you claim, no camera footage was checked. When I requested to see the cameras, I was told “even we cannot watch them, only the police can”, and this was said in an aggressive and disrespectful manner.

Instead of taking a guest’s safety concern seriously, your staff chose to argue, raise their voice, and mock the situation.

I stand fully behind my review. Guests should judge this hotel not only by the incident itself, but by how poorly and arrogantly it was handled.

Very expensive. Still booked it. When our flight was cancelled, we informed that we will come one day later. I asked for refund or extension. Neither was ok for them. Then they cancelled our reservation without permission. Then they didnt give our money back. When contacted, they lied to us that they didnt cancel our reservation. When confronted, they just said that you cannot come to hotel and we dont give the money back. Customer services worked really bad, had to try really hard to get any information. Also they dont speak english very well so that was quite difficult also.
