We had lunch at Caruso Grill and loved every moment. The location is truly stunning and the food is excellent. A beautiful, 'old world' hotel with stunning views. Rooms are luxurious, very clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. There is greenery everywhere, plants and trees and grass. And the restaurant also has breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea.

This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Sitting on top of a mountain, with stunning views of both the sea and other mountains for miles on end. Pictures don't do it justice, it has to be seen with your own eyes to be truly appreciated. Just be prepared for a short 10 minute hike with stairs to reach the hotel, since there are no direct roads accessible, but your luggage will be taken care...

Villa Cimbrone was exceptional! The hotel was gorgeous with amazing views to be had around every corner. The staff was very attentive and worked to anticipate all our needs. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Cimbrone.

Everything before our arrival, from making the reservation to liaison over arrival and transfer of bags to the hotel was exceptionally professional and made to seem very easy. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the start of the pedestrianised historical centre of Ravello so you meet the hotel’s porter there who arranges transfer of your bags and provides you with a map of the walking route...

Beautiful quiet hotel. Very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool and area to swim in the Amalfi is perfect. You even have a little Grotto and waterfall to swim up too. Food was just okay. Nothing special there. Drinks were good and the bartender was fantastic, although, priced very high but I guess that’s Amalfi for you. A jewel of a hotel tucked into the coastline just outside amalfi. It’s great being away from the busiest spots in the area. Staff is friendly and attentive. Prices are quite high but so is the entire area. Taxis are ridiculous expensive so do yourself a favor and rent a scooter from the front desk!

We celebrated Mother's Day at this beautiful property. Our dinner was sublime with a view of the water, priceless and romantic. Our garden facing room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We drove and the location was very hard to find. Once we figured it out we were met at a piazza steps away. The bellboy drove our car through the most narrow street you can imagine and our worries melted away.

It is a comfortable hotel in a good location Room and conditions are ok. Breakfast is excellent. It is not easy to reach by car and parking is not easy.

We were in Ravello for a wedding and this was an ideal location. It was a short walk to the town where we could access all of the restaurants, shops and shuttles to nearby areas. A family run hotel which excelled in the hospitality it provided. We were made to feel very welcome and the meals were excellent. The property has amazing hospitality and the location is fantastic - almost everything is a comfortable walking distance. Also, it’s about a 5min walk from the bus stop if needing to commute to other locations along the Amalfi Coast. If you’re undecided, book Hotel Giordano.

Well-kept property with self contained apartments perfect for somewhere private and away from the busy crowds of tourists in Amalfi town. It is a perfect boutique hotel. About 9km from the Port of Amalfi. This area of Italy has a lot of hills and mountains. I booked a suite with a sea view. The picture shows the balcony view. You will have the entire balcony, living room and room to yourself. There is a parking lot, but you need to be careful when parking. The breakfast at the hotel is simple but filling. I suggest you bring your own mosquito repellent, as there are still mosquitoes in this area.

Casa dolce casa did not disappoint in any way, an excellent choice if you are looking for a B&B, the property is well managed, the Agata Suite was very nice with great views and was exceptionally clean. Breakfast and overall service was outstanding.

The pictures looked like they were taken when the place first opened, not necessarily a great representation of what it looks like now. Not a good location if you’re trying to explore the area a lot, because it’s very inconveniently...

So you need to come prepared for the night (bring food/drink, leave any big bags in the car and take an overnight bag) and ready yourself for a lot of stairs. However, this is absolutely worth the effort! The view from here surpassed Villa Cimbrone and it was delightful to see the lemon grove in action. If you walk to the beach, bus back up the hill *then* head to Ravello/the hotel it is a lovely...

A really nice place to stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking. Most significantly though, be prepared to walk up and down a steep incline of approximately 250 steps. This is most challenging if you have heavy luggage.

Loved the place, the room, the food, and the owners. Would have been 5 *. However getting to and from the B&B each day was difficult for us. Make sure you contact the owner about the logistics in advance. He was disappointed that we didn't!

I was there in 2007 during summer. It was a fantastic experience, lovely place with an astonishing view from the Mediterranean Sea. A lovely couple of hosts made me feel at home. Strongly recommended.
