My boyfriend and I are from Naples, and this is one of our favorite spots to unwind.

The hotel is fabulous!!! Superior quality, very spacious and comfortable rooms, huge LED TV! The bathroom is also very large. One thing to note is that the shower screen isn't completely watertight, and a little water leaks onto the floor when showering. Everything was great. I especially applaud the restaurant chef's passion and dedication to cleanliness.

I visited with a toddler while traveling on a family vacation. After looking around downtown Naples, I went to the hotel. Compared to the city center, it was relatively safe and looked stylish. The breakfast restaurant had a nice view and the food was good. Parking was provided by the staff in the underground parking lot and I went to pick it up myself when checking out. Stayed for four days. The breakfast was of good quality and the waiters were courteous in a traditional old European style. The hotel hall was decorated in an Italian modern minimalist style and the marble floor was elegant and chic. The room had a sea view and you could enjoy the sunset. Very nice location, very friendly stuff. I had an exceptional situation (complicated family issues) and get much help from the stuff.

Our room was nice and had a balcony with a great view of the water. We couldn’t use the pools because the outdoor ones can’t be used passed September and the indoor ones have to be booked in advance. The staff were super helpful and even called a cab for us when we got stuck.

First of all the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff, especially Luka and Rafael (night shift). They were extremely kind and helpful. The nearest station is about 15-20 min from hotel, not so far away if you like walking. Room was very clean and pillows were very comfortable. I spent very very calm weekend. I will come back very soon!

We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! The complex was clean and easy to navigate and the pools very spacious. The pool bar prices were good and there was a lot of choice. We had an two generous Aperol Spritz which came with a packet of crisps only coming to 16 euros. Our room was very clean, spacious and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea, sitting there at night with a drink...

Ocean view, great options for breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. Would like to see them offer dinner earlier and also add Chardonnay to the wine list.

Very nice hotel located in excellent location, close to everything. The hotel has its own parking space, where you can park your car. The rooms are very spacious,very clean and have a beautiful views, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are very attentive, helpful and welcoming. This is a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. When we got into the room the climate control was locked at a minimum of 24C (75.2C). I went down to the desk and asked them to change the climate control to 20C. The desk clerk agreed but warned me to not touch the climate control or it would reset to 24C. In the middle of the night I woke up in a puddle of sweat and the thermostat had reset back to...

Vey clean, spacious room with an awesome bed and a kettle. Window facing a wall and afternoon sun, so hot in April as AC not working until May in Italy. Hard to sleep at night - hot and stuffy. Window does open but it also lets in mosquitos, so choose the lesser evil or discuss it with the reception.

An excellent location and good service. If you have a car, there is free parking and it is easy to get in and out. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the rooms is large.

Not a 4 star. Food is pretty basic. No amenities. No Pool music. Bar was double teamed with front desk staff. Ability to cool or heat the room was terrible. Some in our group had sewage coming up through the drain in shower. It was not clean

Great place for preppers or nostalgic institutionalised. Dining room has an ocean view between the abandoned buildings but don't expect coffee after dinner just settle for a warm beer. That's if you can find a wait person who's motivated enough to serve you. Bring a torch if you want to read in your room which was clean with a comfortable bed but woeful lighting.

Very nice hotel, nice garden, nice view, clean and modern. I would have appreciate some local food and sweets at the breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time. The annex was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

Ok, but not more Decent but highly outdated rooms (stayed in the annex). Pool is small but nice enough to spend 1/2 day by. Breakfast not good. The people working there are really helpful and service oriented though, something that makes up for some of the hotel’s shortcomings

The room was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and calm. The breakfast was delicious and the view while eating was beautiful. The staff was always nice and welcoming. It was a great stay! Wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was small but everything you need in a hotel room. The staff from the gentlemen to the ladies were vert friendly and professional. The hotel is centrally located to visit Naples and the amalfi coast area. I give the hotel a 10 out 10. Breakfast is delicious and plenty to eat.

We spent 3 nights at the Hotel Herculaneum and found it a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat and for transport links. The room was clean and contained everything that we required, including a small balcony. Breakfast gave us plenty of choice and was very convenient. We certainly felt that our stay gave good value for money

This is a perfect location for visiting the Herculenum archeological site. The staff were very helpful.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and informative. The place was clean. It was in a great location.

Ideally positioned literally opposite the entry to the excavations, no lift, but room clean and comfy.

If you are wanting to visit Herculaneum, this place is a great option. Leo and his lovely wife were friendly and helpful hosts. Our room was large, the lift was much needed by us and the terrace was appreciated.

Very good for all travelers who don’t mind an authentic place! Love Italy with all its charm so staying in traditional properties makes it even better! We had everything we needed and the host was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us good tips!

Great pit stop for me. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Location is not in the center of town so you can't expect to walk every where but generally I would stay here again.

Among the B&Bs, this is the best I've ever stayed at. Ciro, the owner, and his son are fantastic people; they make you feel right at home. They pampered us with delicious breakfasts. Not to mention the super comfortable mattresses and pillows. My partner and I stayed at this B&B for 3 days. The room was very spacious and, above all, spotlessly clean. The atmosphere was delightful. The staff were excellent and always available. Breakfast was served in your room with fresh, tasty products. It's also very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. We'll be back soon! I highly recommend it.

We already tried it last year and we tried it again this year for a few days' stay. They were always friendly and courteous. The room was excellent, large, with two rooms in one. Clean, and the icing on the cake was the legendary and generous breakfast in the morning, very plentiful with good products. Thank you for everything. P.S. They accept pets without hesitation.

I absolutely had a fantastic stay att this B&B. I wary recommend and the couple running it is so sweet. Family business and lovely 1700's villa. More like palace and museum..just lovely.

Impressive building with an impressive history! The services of the hosts are excellent, and the positioning is ideal for visiting the surroundings. If you want to visit Naples, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Pompeii or the Amalfi Coast, this location is ideal!

What a wonderful B&B. The family who owns it, is very nice and helpful. Nonnas breakfast was extraordinary. The rooms and the house are very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The garden is done nicely. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. From Portici it's easy to get around the area with the public transport. This B&B is wonderful, with spacious bedrooms, beautiful common rooms filled with antiques, and lovely gardens. It is an oasis of genteel comfort, perfect for couples or families. The hosts made us feel very welcome, and we were lucky enough to have a delicious dinner made for us by 'Mama'. Highly recommend!

For an hostel this is great, this hostel is very colourful with lots of paintings. It has a room where you can play different games. The service is good and it’s in a good location near Ercolano ruins

Charming place highly recommended the only problem is the train station is about a mile away and there are no busses but other than that it is exceptional.

Amazing experience at the Ecohostel Floreale. I stayed there a full week and did not have a single issue. The ambiance is great with people chilling on the terrace sipping great coffee. They also host great musical evening where everyone is welcomed to participate and dance alltogehter, it really makes the experience unforgettable. Better late than never- I stayed here with my girlfriend over the summer and there were definitely problems. No where in Europe was ready for the heat, but what made this hostel shine is the staff. Special shout-out to Luigi for taking amazing care of me when the heat got the best of me. Buy this man a beer and ask him how he is doing for me!

Don't expect anything for 15€ a night. Also there are some dodgy people staying here. No AC, just fans. The toilets in the Hostel don't have seats and you can't close the doors. You will need to use the toilets outside. The showers are ok. Staff is also ok i guess. The lady was really friendly.

The rooms and the bathrooms are not the fanciest, but that is not what this hostel is for. The price is very reasonable and it is perfect if you don’t want to spend a whole bunch of money. On the reception they were all extremely friendly and very helpful. You can ask for anything and they also help you with getting taxis or just navigating through the city. We could also meet with very cool people...

An interesting hostel in a quiet town of Portici. Good connection with Napoli (circumvesuviana or train). I was there during Christmas time so not many poeple and it was very quiet. Rather clean, warm water.

Locale carino dall'atmosfera accogliente. Personale gentile e diponibile. Servizio ai tavoli rapido e cibo di buona qualita'. Ampia scelta di cocktail. Serata gradevole con l'esibizione de "I mostri lanciati da Vega". Consigliato!
