We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time. The annex was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

The hotel is well-located for day trips. It has a small pool and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and breakfast are standard, nothing special. The view from our room was rather poor, and there was some noise in the morning from hotel staff working outside across from our room. Those were the only downsides.

At the foot of the volcano, the hotel is small but beautiful with a swimming pool and a rooftop restaurant with a view. There was a private party that day and it was very lively. You can also enjoy a distant sea view. The parking lot is also free for customers to use, making travel convenient.

I gave this rating because the room is poorly insulated, everything can be heard in the hallway. Unfortunately, children from the club were also in the hotel during our stay, (they were running, shouting, knocking on our door,... until 11 p.m.)

For breakfast, the food is very basic (the scrambled eggs were cold).

Although we paid for a renovated room, the room had a strange smell.

One day there was no hot water.

Good location, you are quickly on the highway, near Hercolaneum and Pompeii.

Not as advertised, be aware , stay away. Had the worst hotel experience yet in my 41 years, shower fits only 10 years old maximum.

Excellent location, service, staff, food. Taxi also arranged by Hotel Marad. Free 7am-9am buffet breakfast.
