I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. The separate shower and bathtub design is great. The central air conditioning also works properly. There are four elevators operating at the same time. Although it shakes a little, it's not a big problem.

My family and I had a great time at this property. We stayed for a concert, and it's right across the street from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. Very quiet, we slept well, and the breakfast was quite varied. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either. It's on a street so it's quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast. I feel like I would get bored of the breakfast if I ate it three times, but the cappuccino was delicious. It seems like the room is not cleaned or the sheets are changed. There are some places like that, but I think it's worth the price

Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed on Sept 8-10th, 2022. Our room had a king bed with clean sheets and bathroom. Lobby was spacious and service was great. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and facility. The location is central, and it’s next to a subway. If you are staying here, please check out the rooftop at the sunrise where they serve breakfast. We loved the continental breakfast, and the view made it better!

The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough.

I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

Property is literally connected to the train station. At night there are a lot of homeless people that camp out there right on the train station steps, literally a few feet from the front door of the hotel. A wonderful hotel located on the upper floors of the station building. You can go by metro or to the suburbs. A large room with comfortable beds and a bathroom. Everything is in order. Great stay, although the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable so if you’re after a relaxing sleep I wouldn’t bank on it! We were sent here by buses after our United Airlines flight to Newark was cancelled. The staff responded amazingly after having a Boeing 767 dropped on them they gave us a great lunch while the rooms were prepared. The place could use a little TLC but so could my home. Taking us in showed bravery and they went out of the way to make us comfortable. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.

B&B Hotel Napoli is very close to Napoli Centrale. The room is clean and spacious.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and closed to the main station. The room was fair and quite clean, can’t complain for a quick stay of a night or two. But it’s pretty small without any facilities and amenities, there are no teethbrush, toothpaste, fridge, flip flops, bottle water, kettle, tissues. The room was large and the balcony was appreciated. The view was mediocre. Breakfast was less than mediocre. One advantage was that it is very close, and an easy walk, to the central station area where a huge number of tours have their pick up point. Area around the hotel looks dodgy but there is a fabulous restaurant one street back behind the hotel.
