Great location to see all the sites. Do NOT stay here unless you can bring your luggage up several stairs. Hard to locate, a local had to help us.
Clean room, very simple room. It was fine for us, but I had to get the luggage up and down the stairs. Not fun.
Cleam room, convenient enough, coffee and snacks available
The owner of the flat was very helpful, he helped us when we needed and came personally to clean the room before our arrival. Thank you
Air conditioning could have been better
Central to Salerno
Nice clean room with convenient central location. Clear instructions for self-service. Bed not perfectly comfortable but sufficient for short stay.
Conveniently located. Building is not in the best condition but the room is spacious and clean. Host contacted me with helpful information, and answered my questions. Could not get an UBER and I did not know how to get a taxi to go to to the port so we walked.
The breakfast was great every day. Renata, the hostess, brought fresh baked goods every day. Renata was very helpful & very friendly. I would go back just to see her again!
Very kind and helpful, attentive to the needs of guests. Very well-kept, clean and welcoming rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast... a real treat. Central location.
Excellent B&B located on the main street, yet very quiet! Very clean and well-kept rooms. The owners are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Abundant breakfast with plenty of choice, and attentive service.
Our hostess Erika is truly very helpful and gives great tips for the area (food and excursions). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was spacious and clean. The nearby train station wasn't a problem at all. Parking in a nearby garage was convenient.
Perfect location, on the main street and close to many points of interest, such as the Ferris wheel and the seafront. The "Spagna" room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, ideal for families with small children.
The breakfast was also excellent.
The staff were friendly and reliable.
I highly recommend it.
Providing a terrace and free WiFi, Terre Dipinte provides accommodation conveniently set in Salerno, within a short distance of Lido La Conchiglia, La Baia Beach and Provincial Pinacotheca of Salerno.
I feel so good when i get to know the self service in this hôtel. This the format Time I have the hôtel with a cool view with a friendly price 🙏
It was a great stay, in a great location. There was some peoblem with the bathroom’s drain, nasty smell. But for the rest prety well. Good matress, AC, common kitchen. Also we got a terrace with sea view. But the location was the queen. Calm neighborhood, in the center, and next to the sea shore. Definitely I will come back to this hotel.
We stayed with my mother in this structure to see the lights during the Christmas period What about the thing that struck me most besides the modern tone that gives a certain personality to this place that is understood to be run by very young people starting from the presence of Netflix free on the TV, at the USB sockets near the bed, at the door that opens with the app ... The room is very well designed...
This place is awesome. Highly recommend.
Very nice, extremely friendly welcome, great bed and bathroom BUT it's very hard to find by car. I had to drive the wrong way down pedestrian only streets, committing two guillotine-worthy traffic offences! Very nice position once you've got there though.
If you are looking for quiet and not in the City of Salerno, this is a good choice. To visit the city, you have to walk down many flights of steps. On the way back, there is an escalator for some of the path to the top
The shower in the room was dirty and disgusting. The hotel has obviously seen better days but it would have been acceptable but for the condition of the shower. There was obvious mildew that looked like the shower had never been cleaned.
Welcoming staff, good facilities and close to town.
the backyard is very convenient to the stairs and escalator
Great property, with nice view, walking distance dinner and other activities but access to the property is awful if you don’t have a car.
Cute and quiet hotel Villa
Cute Hotel Villa with great view. Spacious room and really nice pool. Aircondition, bar, pool, shuttle bus and really helpful staff. The view is over the harbor and fantastic. Quiet hotel, not a lot of rooms, very enjoyable. Can be a little tricky to get to town, a lot of stairs and escalators . Overall we are really enjoyed are stay!

The location is fantastic however it shouldn’t be advertised as Bed and Breakfast because there is no breakfast, only coffee but the machine is not very friendly anyways.
The host was very good with restaurant recommendations and the bed and pillow were the most comfortable we have had whilst in Italy
A hidden gem
This was an amazing B&B. The room was spacious, in great condition and in a great location. It’s always great to have a really nice place to go back to when traveling. The service was also exceptional, can’t say enough good things. I would come back again.
Property owner was responsive through instant messaging with recommendations of the area. The check in process was smooth with instructions on how to get to the B&B and into the room. The room was clean. We would stay here again.
We chose to walk up/down the stairs, but the day we left with our suitcases, we used the elevator. It cost 20 cents to get down. We thought we were to use the key...but had left it in the room. Luckily we had a coin on us. Everything else was great! Thanks
Location, bathroom, room size, Enrico was very helpful

Very basic but okay and tidy …! Agent Enrico very helpful but what we were not told is that the building is surrounded by scaffolding!!.. so there are builders outside and therefore nobalcony to use…. Not impressed at all😞
Everthing is good but ten minutes before check out owner say go go go😁
Good location walking distance from the port
Wonderful stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the B&B. The host showed us great hospitality and was readily available for our queries. Room was spacious and clean and had all essential items in the room. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Salerno for a stay.
Clean, basic room
This is a basic no frills room. Bed was comfy, nice fluffy pillows. Very clean room. Again no frills and we were there less than 24 hours. You can tell they r trying to make it as nice as possible. The bathroom needs some work. Looks like old building with small window, hot showers have rotted some of the wood in window frame. Shower is incredibly small.
Everything was very clean...

Spacious rooms in a good location in the old town. The rooms were not cleaned during our three-day stay.
The welcome was warm and friendly. I appreciated the owners' elegant yet homely style. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and, importantly, there was a good selection of books available. The central location makes it easy to explore Salerno's attractions. Finally, the proximity to the Amalfi Coast makes for delightful day trips. I'll be back!
This accommodation is located right in the historic center of Salerno. The attention to detail throughout the property is impeccable, and the cleanliness and maintenance are excellent.
A small apartment with attention to every detail... by its owner, Mr. Domenico.
I'd also like to say a few words about him, a kind and welcoming person... it feels like being in Romagna, where the welcome is the first thing you notice after the rooms.
Excellent location in the center of Salerno, the only downside is the parking because it's in the ZTL zone... you have to pay for a garage or parking...

Great budget hotel near Salerno train station, amazing hostess, nice breakfast, spacious, clean rooms.
Room itself was lovely...it says they serve breakfast but in reality all you get is a croissant!and even that you can't take yourself, it's been brought out and given to you...first morning we had yoghurt and and an egg, last we had nothing.so was a tad disappointed really.
Good location for daily trips.
Nice little city hotel with super friendly service and an unexpected terrace to relax on after a day trip. Very good and practical location near the train station and only a few minutes' walk to the city center. You need a bit of patience to shower, but the water is warm and you're on vacation.
Lovely place. The host is very enthusiastic and welcoming. Breakfast is included and very nice. Room is small but comfortable. Very content with our stay here.

Very nice staff Willaim And her father are very friendly and helpful
Exceptional hospitality 😍 The lady is extremely kind, she welcomed us warmly, even leaving us a little souvenir. The room is extremely clean and functional, complete with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and warm!!! There's also a coffee maker in the room and a lovely welcome.
I'll keep it in mind as a reference point in Salerno. I highly recommend it!!
P.S.: Very central location...
The property is as per the reviews.
The welcome was warm, and the owner is very kind and helpful.
The room has everything you need for a stay; it's furnished and not bare.
A surprise was the presence of a "book" with all the basic and general information about the city and its surroundings. It even includes information on ferries, buses, and trains for connections throughout the area. There's a luggage...
Very friendly host, great value for money
Well-presented room with very good facilities (extra points for kettle!) and excellent bathroom.
Never lived in a communal apartment, thank God, but I saw it on TV. So this is a communal apartment. A large apartment with several separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, but zero soundproofing. The landlady is nice but very demanding about the regime and energy saving. There is a kettle and a capsule coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is an exaggeration, a cup of coffee and a croissant in a...
Great little B & B super clean easy access to everything.
When I contacted them about my check-in time, they came to meet me in front of the hotel.
The room was clean and had a lovely atmosphere.
It's located along a main street, so there are many restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient.
Toilet seat loose. Walls dirty. No linen change.
Excellent hotel, excellent service! A 5-minute walk from the train station and the bus to Amalfi. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's best to contact the hotel in advance so they can send you check-in instructions, especially if you're arriving early in the morning or late at night. I'll definitely be back, as I absolutely loved everything! ❤️

Located on Salerno's pedestrian street, parking is a bit tricky in the area, but there's a parking garage practically around the corner that offers a discount if you mention you're staying with them. It was very quiet, and we slept very well.
It's much better than I expected.
Especially after that horrible hotel in Naples.
Salenor may not have much scenery, but the streets are clean and tidy, making it a very livable place.
We had a great stay at this B&B. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well prepared. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!
Clean, spacious room centrally located near the water. Great night's sleep, and loved sitting on the balcony in the morning. Nonna, who greeted us, was very helpful and sweet!
Very nice large room with excellent bathroom. Small balcony an additional amenity. Only a few steps from the railway station and in the main pedestrianised shopping street. All very safe, convenient and smooth check in following easy communication with the host Alfonso. Salerno really grew on me during the trip. Easy to get into Naples. Salerno is the much more preferable city for me. Various excellent...
Not a true B&B, but there are good cafes nearby to get breakfast. Lack of host onsite can be a hassle at times- for both host and guest.
The staff were very kind and very helpful. The location is great and right by the train station which is very helpful.
Highly recommended
Great location and close to transport
Apartment as advertised and Alfonsos Mum welcomed us with a tour of the facility andade sute ee had everything we needed
A lovely lady who works hard to keep the apartments impeccably clean
I stayed at this hotel in Salerno as a base for visiting Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing me to enter the room right away upon arrival.
The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It also had a refrigerator, which was useful for keeping drinks and groceries cool.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, making it...
Wonderful place, highly recommend! Central location and easy to get anywhere
Amazing location, just few minutes walk from the train/bus station, shopping, restaurants and beach.
Clean, friendly staff, breakfast and coffee included.
Nice hotel near railway station. Personal very friendly. There was problem with wi-fi -- but guys was there in 20 min and spend about an hour, to fix the network. There was small kitchen with breakfast, but we overslept to taste it!
Very nice, welcoming and well arranged structure. Staff very kind.
Location close to all services, cleanliness and indisputable professionalism, I recommend it for both short and long periods. Thanks again, especially for all the information you have given me. See you soon.
Second time at this B&B and always satisfied. Mrs. Pina is incredibly friendly and always available to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a 10-minute walk from the center of Salerno. Everything was perfect.
A very good bed and breakfast in Salerno! Mrs. Pina is very attentive and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, even though we were a little late. The hotel has three rooms; we had two, and since there was no one else there, we were very comfortable. We used the kitchen several times, which was very convenient. The bathrooms are spacious and work well, the beds are nothing special but perfectly adequate...
Best B&B in Salerno in terms of location, amenities & great customer service. I will surely be back. Thank you
Stayed in this BnB for 3 nights and we enjoyed it very much! Pina was lovely and even though we did not speak Italian, we could feel her warmth. Location was central enough and place was clean and comfortable!
The place was super clean as if you are in a yoga place and Pina who helped us there was super friendly and helped us a lot. Totally recommended

Nice funky, artsy hotel. Near the nice walkable area by sea and the old town area. Nice how they put a nice hotel on a floor of this old building. Room was clean and large. Plenty room to spread out and be comfortable. Also provided a fridge, cooking area, coffee and nice selection of tea. Slight negative that it can be a little loud at night being near the entertainment area. (little...
Great area. It’s close to everything
Spent 3 nights' at the RarityArt Minihotel in the Renoir room and loved it. The check-in staff member (Mattheus) was incredibly kind, helpful and great at giving recommendations for places to eat and things to see. The rooms each having a unique art theme and style was lovely and despite the very hot 30+ degree days, the air-conditioning in the room worked a treat and it was always kept so clean...
A hidden (great) location in Salerno
Well-located hotel, one step to the bay and downtown, also 5 minutes to the ferry for Positano and Amalfi. Cozy place with all the accessories needed on a trip, a well-maintained place in a historic building with the most friendly staff. We will return!!
comfortable and great location. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.
A unique, quirky, art themed guesthouse very close to the 'strip' of bars and restaurants in Salerno and one street from the beach. Massimo was very accommodating abd the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious. Massimo suggested we would put on 2 kilos and after 5 days of chocolate croissants i agree. The rooms are very comfy with beautiful bed linen and a large shower We got the Monet room but...
It is very well located. Coffee shops, dining places and shopping all very close. The ferry is 10 minutes away. The room was very clean. Communication with owner was very good.
Perfect location, big room with nice view
Amazing host, fast ti fix issues. The balconynin my room was fantastic!
The room was great and in the best location of the centre of the city.
The host is very kind and attentive. She prompt me earlier before my arrival so that she can manage and arrange my checkin process smoothly. Just make sure you check the inbox message/email. Location is great too as its quite close to the port and promenade where there are a lot of eateries. Few hundred metres away from the train station about 10min walk
Good room with good AC. Very close to downtown and very walkable.
Best stay in Salerno
Very clean room. Location excellent walking distance in the city center and attractions. Host friendly and service minded.
Best stay on this trip to Italy!
Great location
Great place to stay. Very local to all the shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel
Modern suite with nice amenities, including an espresso machine and cold water in the lobby, with cakes, available 24/7. Secure building with a lift which is handy with heavy suitcases. We had an ocean view from the balcony in Suite 2. Very walkable city and this is a great location less then 15 minute walk from the train station and ferry port that will take you anywhere you want to go. The host,...
The hotel has a great location, convenient for both boat and bus travel. The environment is new and comfortable.
1 night stay here - no complaints
We stayed for 1 night here with my brother and it was excellent. The host greeted us warmly and even helped us navigate the city and find a laundry. Overall good experience!
Room was clean and attractive and the amenities were appreciated for our overnight stay. The main concern was the stairs to reach the unit, which are significant and steep. It was very difficult with luggage and we required help. We were grateful that the host's husband assisted us to get luggage up stairs and was porter for us on departure at additional cost.
The staff was very accommodating. Shared ideas of places to eat places to visit. Cleaning was impeccable. Extremely clean. The kitchen very well stocked with pots pans utensils. Everything you could use to make our stay comfortable. The town has a very cozy friendly and safe feel to it. Everyone we spoke to from B&B owner Maria to restauranteurs to shopkeepers and people on the street were very kind...
What a cute, well appointed place to stay in Vietri sul Mare! Great location and the people who manage it are the sweetest. It will definitely help if you know some Italian, but we managed, even with our limited ability. I would stay here again for sure!
We loved this location and our room! The room was very spacious and clean. Good size bathroom and a real hairdryer! Fresh pastries everyday and espresso pods for us to brew in the machine. Dish washing soap, cloth, and a dry towel would of been useful. We loved our little balcony. We enjoyed our espresso there in the morning, and our wine in the evening. My only suggestion is there needs to be more...
A lovely stay - great value
I had a lovely stay at B&B Umberto. Annalisa was very helpful and responsive. I used the recommended contact for airport transfer from Salerno which was cheaper than local taxis and very efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants and the local train station on your doorstep. The room was serviced daily. I enjoyed...
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very authentic with all the old world charm. It is in the heart of the village. The balcony was perfect for morning's and evening's to people watch and enjoy the chatter from the street. The kitchen is very light on supplies and dishes were dirty so i washed them before using. Otherwise, it's a 5 star.
