Hotel Giove in Cesenatico

This stay was purchased from a well-known website, significantly lower than the normal market price. A room for three adults with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation due to the rust and cracked tiles. The sea view is only a dream, and the cleaning is done every other day (which isn't stated on the website). Screaming children and adults alike at all hours, and no one is enforcing the rules, at least not at night.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, a party of three. The location is truly beautiful, right by the sea, and we had high expectations... but unfortunately, we were disappointed.

We went to the beach, and despite that, they never changed our towels. Furthermore, they didn't even give us conditioner, only two small shampoos for three people. They never came to clean the room in two days. And even our check-in, which we had booked for 3:00 PM, was delayed until 4:00 PM, without explanation.

It's very sad, because it could be a truly wonderful place, but there's a lack of attention and care for guests.
