The hotel is conveniently located by the sea and easy to reach. Competent and friendly receptionists checked us in quickly. The room was well furnished and clean with a useful safe. The bathroom contained all the necessary for my grooming routine. Definitely a place to stay in when in Cervia.

The Hotel was near to seaside, and it was a beautiful place even in November. We were staying there at the end of September and the place shuts down for the off-season on October 15. Unsurprisingly, Le Palme didn’t put forth its best effort. The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc.

Situated on Cervia's seafront, the Hotel Conchiglia is a lovely experience that starts with the reception staff. We were greeted with a broad smile and a 'nothing-is-a-problem' attitude. Relaxing, impressive, spotlessly clean, with ample balconies off their ensuite rooms. Would I return? Absolutely!

Nice position, clean and nice personal, i recommend anyone who likes to go to that region but its expensive to be 4 stars hotel. I found strange that there wasn't any bottle of water when we arrived and you have to pay it if you want.
