Hotel De la Ville in Cesenatico

We returned this year but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. We are given an even bigger room than last year. The shower cubicle was broken and has already been repaired with tape (now I wonder if in a structure like this it is the case to report the breakages or maybe it would be better to replace). Obviously we have signaled and the box was notched with more tape. The cleanliness in the rooms leaves much to be desired (the bedspread with red stains and all frayed from wear, the dust on the desk never passed as my daughter's milk powder continued to persist, the spare toilet paper is not left and even a evening we didn't even have a carpet for the shower and maybe I would pay more attention to the cobwebs on the walls). We went with a baby and 4/5 times a day we went under to get the water heated, sometimes with a very angry expression of the night watchman. We advised and I repeat advised at the reception this morning to put a bottle warmer in the room when hosting babies and the response of the owner was "it is not among the services offered". Congratulations for the answer as it is a structure that hosts families. The maxim comes with the final bill this morning. We arrived one day late (warning) because our baby had a fever but obviously we were charged in full all the nights even the one not done. I state that it is the right of the hotel to do so but with customers who return for the second year already recommended by colleagues who are also customers, we expected a meeting on the night not made, perhaps with a meeting point on the price. To my statement explaining that the child was not well I was answered by the owner "your problems cannot become our problems". Congratulations 👏
After an unpleasant discussion, 46 euros were taken away out of about 280 for the night not done. Thank you
