The hotel is conveniently located by the sea and easy to reach. Competent and friendly receptionists checked us in quickly. The room was well furnished and clean with a useful safe. The bathroom contained all the necessary for my grooming routine. Definitely a place to stay in when in Cervia.

The Hotel was near to seaside, and it was a beautiful place even in November. Food was really delicious and healthy. beside that i want to focus on fact that staff of hotel was really careful and helpful whenever you need. i have no doubt that it can be even more enjoyable during summer, and i am considering it as an option for my next summer holidays.

Really really good service. A small delay in finding our reservation (which was not the hotel’s fault) resulted in the general manager insisting that we have drinks for free in the bar. Now that is how a hotel should welcome guests. Strongly recommend.

We were staying there at the end of September and the place shuts down for the off-season on October 15. Unsurprisingly, Le Palme didn’t put forth its best effort. The fitness center had broken machines and the staff was rarely where you needed them. The place is very dated and has noisy ACs, toilets, etc.

However, the wifi was not working well, there was no socket close to the beds so I could not charge my phone, the bar at the pool was open but the waiter was never there so I couldn't order a drink, the SPA was closed due to covid while other hotels had it open, There is a piano bar but nobody ever plays or at least it is not well advertised...
