I would like the departure to be at 11, not 10.

The host is very welcoming and nice. If you have any questions, you can communicate via email. The room is very clean and fragrant. There are snacks and coffee for you to pick up. It is close to the train station, a 10-minute walk away, and not too far from other attractions. The value for money is quite good.

The room was generally OK, the landlord gave the password remotely, and self-service check-in. The room is very clean and the landlord is very friendly. The location is good, there is a bus stop downstairs. The bakery opposite is also good, you can go there for breakfast. Luggage storage is not available, we left it at the train station early in the morning. There is a kettle.

The most comfortable and pleasant accommodation for this trip to Italy is this B&B. It is in a building. If you can’t find it, you can leave a message to the landlord. The room is very large. The house smells delicious. It's about 10 minutes away from the train station. The landlord doesn't speak English well, so you can use translation software to communicate with her. The only thing is that the room is not very soundproof.

We received a very warm welcome at Elina's place. The only problem was finding the apartment because Elina's explanations weren't clear. She should have explained to us which exit to take after getting off the train.

Excellent location towards the Sanra Maria Novella train station, and towards the historic centre. Very clean. The lady who runs it is very nice, helpful, attentive to every need. Sore point: there is no bidet in the bathroom and when I stayed, the radiators were now off, but the climate was rainy and unfortunately the room was quite hot. cold... Maybe it would be appropriate to have emergency heaters. All in all, however, mine was a positive experience. I recommend it

Very good stay
Very good stay. Comfortable bed but a slightly soft mattress. The nearby boulevard is very busy during the week. Very satisfied overall with these three days. The owner is very welcoming.

Very clean. Complete and spacious rooms. Very accessible to the Firenze SMN train station. Also walking distance from sights to see in Florence.

Find the B&B only if you have to evaluate the excellent position with respect to the center and public transport.
If I had to evaluate the room I would not return because we booked a double with bathroom in the room and instead the bathroom was external, you had to cross the common area.
The self catering breakfast was nothing more than packaged snacks and powdered coffee. We ate only one biscuit and from this we realized that the next day the tray had not even been replaced, but left the one the day before. A little more correctness in specifying that the bathroom is external would not hurt, we recommend varying the proposals of self catering.

I have no words to describe the accommodation with Elina.
This is the 6th accommodation of the trip and the cleanest of all, it catches the morning sun in the window, has air conditioning that works very well, TV with several channels and smart, which makes it possible to log in to Netflix, Amazon, HBO and etc, New fridge with great size, and Elina makes a small breakfast which is great, Florence is a wonderful city and this coffee helps a lot because you can have it very quickly and go explore the wonders of Tuscany. The room is well decorated, recently renovated, the wardrobe is spacious, the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable bed, clean white bedding and towels, it has an anteroom that gives access to the bathroom and the bedroom, the bathroom it has shower gel, great shower with central water heating.
