The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that matter to us. Our only criticism would be the layout of the washroom. It was tight for using the toilet and the shower stall was very small. Otherwise, we loved the room, the staff was all fantastic, and the location was very convenient to the train station and central Modena. We would recommend it to others as very convenient and a great value.

The location is excellent: next to the Giardino Ducale, close to the train station, and a short walk from the city center. The rooms are modern and appear to have been recently renovated. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The price-quality ratio is excellent. If I had to find any flaws, the shower was really small, which was odd because there was room for a larger one in the bathroom.

Centrally located hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent bathroom amenities and an electric kettle for good coffee or tea. A wonderful stay!

Overall Ok stay. Hotel room was a bit cramped, but very convenient to get to the station of Modena. Very basic breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and polite, but we had some problems as they did not have proof of prepayment for the room.

A great place to stay, close to the train station. Also to local attractions.
Very helpful staff who went out of their way to answer questions and provide suggestions for dinner, ect

I have to say that the 4 star hotels in the US are much different than 4 star in Modena, Italy. The rooms are small, and not near what you would expect for the price. But, the help and service we received was a 5+. With, that said, I would like to give a shout out to Stefano, who helped us tremendously. He was very kind, and went above board to help us with a mix up with our room. If it hadn't been for his help, our trip would have been a disaster. So, just for that, I would stay again!

This is a hidden gem! At walking distant from everything you will need to enjoy this little town. The stuff is absolutely amazing. Very clean, very modern yet with an Italian charm! I highly recommend it.

I was happy with the quality of the room and the breakfast, but I didn’t feel particularly welcomed when I arrived. Or when I checked out.
Also the batteries in the TV remote were held on with sticky tape - not 4 star!

The room is really small, but still clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good, the service was pretty good, warm and generous. The key is really special, it can be used for self-defense. The recommended restaurant is very good
