The service from the staff members were great- from the front desk staff all the way to the food attendants. We had to check in late and someone was there to let us in and give us a room. For a family of four, we had the 1 bed and 1 daybed accommodation. It was enough room and comfortable for our entire stay. The windows at in our room opened completely which was nice when it was cooler outside to let the breeze in. There’s plenty pool was chilly and was under maintenance during our stay but we still got to enjoy it once. The bus stop into the Modena was only a 4 min walk. It’s an easy public transportation to take because there’s only 1 line (bus 13) that passes the hotel. The amenities are definitely dated in the facility but for a limited stay, it’s worth the money.
Also, the buffet spread that was included in the accommodation had a good amount of selection to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience at the hotel!

Room is dated but very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of options! Lots of parking on site!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Ideally located for visits to Ferrari Lamborghini and Pavarotti museums. We had an evening flight and were able to able to arrange a late checkout,6pm for a fee. There is a very good family run restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which is recommended.

We arrived after a 6 hour drive for an overnight reservation. Unfortunately as all 4 of us did not have passports, no other documentation presented was sufficient, we were refused our reservation. Very unhelpful front of desk. Paying up front also declined. No compromise offered. Front of desk and hotel very quiet, one wonders why?

This place is not up to date, the pool was overcrowded with families who took all the chairs and the rooms are straight out of the 70s.

The staff was extremely kind. Even thought I mistakenly entered the wrong check-in and check-out dates during my registration on Booking.com,the kind staff accommodated me without any additional charges. The room are truly clean and location is more than excellent. Considering that my business obligations stretched me between the northern and southern parts of the city,the hotel's location was perfect for me. Comparing to other hotels I stayed it looks as the best option.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with parking and a swimming pool. There is a large supermarket nearby. The breakfast is good, but there is no kettle to boil water yourself. The water temperature in the bathroom is very different. The staff is very polite.
