Value for money. We had to book here because we couldnt find any suitable hotel in Bologna. Because of public holiday and some event in Bologna, everything was very expensive. Tiby Hotel was a good purchase and we loved our stay. I would stay again for this price and service.

This is an alright hotel, more suitable for budget travelling with not particularly high expectations. Stayed here with a large group and it felt fine but nothing memorable. Really excellent, very large and modern structure, no parking difficulties, 10 minutes walk from the center of Modena. Courteous and trained concierge staff. The breakfast room is scary, an endless number of sweet and savory delicacies and every type of drink. Truly a great hotel, I will definitely return!

Great 3 night stay in nice residential area outside of Modena city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the hosts were fantastic, offering great breakfast and suggestions for area. Stay here for sure if you have a car to get around. Private/secure parking as well included.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our room was nice and quiet in a residential area which we found perfect as a base. Hosts are wonderful and offer great breakfast, great suggestions, and great sense of humor:) She even received my lost luggage for me, so I didn't have to wait around for them. We stayed at this amazing b&b for four nights as a base to tour the area (Bologna, Modena, Verona ). We enjoyed an exceptional hospitality, cozy places that makes you feel at home, delicious home made with many options for breakfast . Above all, lovely couple that goes above and beyond to make at home. They give great tips for the region, restaurants, ice cream, activities, etc.

This is a great place to stay if you are heading to the Modena area. It is situated a little outside of the city, but for us this was not a negative. It’s a great quiet place with the nicest hosts!
