Tiby Hotel in Modena

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the very large balcony with a beautiful view of the park – it was a perfect spot to relax.

The location was good, situated in a quiet area about a 10–15 minute walk from the city center, which we found very convenient.

Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially appreciated the availability of plenty of free parking spaces. We went out by car at least twice a day, and there was always a spot available when we returned, which made everything very easy.

Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Value for money. We had to book here because we couldnt find any suitable hotel in Bologna. Because of public holiday and some event in Bologna, everything was very expensive. Tiby Hotel was a good purchase and we loved our stay. I would stay again for this price and service.

The location is great, safe ,and near the centre, train, bus station. No traffic, no noise, calm and quiet for vacation and rest. The staff were kind, helpful,and speak several languages.. The breakfast was continental and included various choices. My son enjoyed the fresh apple, carrot,and cucumber juice. The room was clean, comfortable beds, free drinking water, tea, coffee machine. The bathroom was clean with several clean towels. But the shower stall was narrow. Overall, it was a nice experience, I will visit this hotel again.

Really excellent, very large and modern structure, no parking difficulties, 10 minutes walk from the center of Modena. Courteous and trained concierge staff. The breakfast room is scary, an endless number of sweet and savory delicacies and every type of drink. Truly a great hotel, I will definitely return!

Nice lobby, friendly and welcoming staff. Five star breakfast and good dinner too, with lots of choice. I wouldn't give 5 stars for the rooms, especially for the bathroom which was too small without any support. The bathrooms are also small and narrow except for the shower, which is large but does not have a mobile shower head. The blankets are a little shabby and the thing that in my opinion is a little dirty are the aesthetic cushions because I don't think they are changed with every change of customers. For the rest all good

The hotel is situated in a residential area within a walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and cozy. It had all the amenities including electric kettle and tea what usually isn't a case for Italian hotels. Breakfast was continental, and included a wide choice of food. Overall, a very good experience.
