Hotels in Piacenza

Not a pleasure stay as bathroom was not clean. Facilities are old. Although I know it is somehow the best around the area, I'd rather go to the next town for other hotels next time.

The hotel is quite old and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene of the hotel is acceptable, the surrounding environment is also good, and the service of the front desk staff and restaurant staff is very good.

On the edge of the city center, 15 minutes drive to the city center, the room is spacious and sanitary, and parking is convenient.

Stayed 1 night in a junior suite. A little expensive and outdated, but okay. Breakfast good.

Decent sauna, to improve the emotional shower.

Nice room, quite small though. The bed was comfortable, except from the plastic covering of the mattress. Shouldnt be there, concidering the price of the room! Every time guests on the upper floors flushed their toiletts, it sounded as if somebody would slam a wet pizza on the floor of my room. At first I was startled each time. And it woke me up at night. A bit overpriced hotel. Rooms are ok, but nothing special and a bit outdated. Some crickets found their way into my room. The breakfast was ok, enough choice to start the day. Internet was a complete mess. almost no connection whatsoever. do not expect to be able to work via VPN or watch a youtube video. Hotel is in middle of town, close to everything you want to visit in Piacenza and close to restaurants

Very good and central location right next to Piazza dei Cavalli. The breakfast was quite extensive: in addition to typical Italian sweets, there was also sliced ​​melon and other whole fruits, various seeds and nuts for muesli, hot dishes, pancakes, cheese/sausage, and small pizza slices. The location is great, the facilities are good enough and the service is first class. The restaurant has a good environment. Special praise to the barman who is very knowledgeable about wine and treats customers well.

Inconvenient location. No restaurants in rhe area, super limited parking available, made by the bossy staff even more scare with stupid excuses ("reserved for the police"). Stay away.

Average hotel, convenient to the highway exit but not very quiet. The building is undergoing renovations, so amenities are currently limited. Breakfast is adequate. Suitable for a quick business stopover without too many expectations.

The hotel is convenient for those arriving from the highway, but it's not ideal if you want to visit the city because it's a bit far from the center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but the only drawbacks are the rooms need updating and the air conditioning needs fixing.

Breakfast was ok. We wondered why the doors of the neighboring rooms were taped. There were 5 doors on our floor. Well, an obvious bug problem because I was covered in itchy bumps. The trip was ruined because of the itching. We stayed for 2 nights. The location was ok for us, that's why we chose it. The whole hotel needs renovation.

it was a good hotel ! all the things i needed for comfort were there ! the food was okay and the waitress and the reception man were very nice !

We called them last minute because our car broke down. Very helpfull and nice staff. The day after we checkend out they even called the garage and a taxi for us because we don't speak Italian. Beds and rooms are perfect and the breakfast is very good. Thank you.

I have stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks, as a student, and I can say how there were very friendly staff at the reception, to the excellent service provided to me for breakfast, to the clean well designed rooms; it was a great stay and value for money. Hotel is okay, staff is friendly and nice. But we experienced terrible noise caused by other guests during the night. We slept not really well... sorry, was partly just too loud and noisy.

The receptionist was very kind. It was within walking distance from the station and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent place to stay in Piacenza. Super clean and more than comfortable room. The breakfast is also very good with Italian finesse. Staff so so polite! Everything was great! We reached the hotel by car and the city center was only a few minutes away for us. Not suggested to walk to the center of the city.

We spent a couple of days in Palazzo Malaspina and our experience was absolutely excellent from the arrival and during the whole stay. Beautiful, elegant, quiet room, and very comfortable bed. Great location, just steps away from the center square. All was great!

I guess it's ok for the price we paid. The forniture was very old, but it doesn't matter so much because it's a hotel. In walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants in the old part of Piacenza with roman ruins, architecture and historic buildings. The b&b with its own individual decor and furniture in the room with an adjoining bathroom. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This included breakfast. Good value for money.

It’s a characterful building very close to all the main sites. This is a beautiful property. I was visiting family in Piacenza for 6 days and Domus San Martino felt like a home away from home. The manager, Enrico, is friendly, efficient and kind and upgraded me for the second part of my stay to a huge room with a balcony and big bathroom. He was always super responsive to any queries and also suggested an excellent local restaurant and made reservations for us...

Unreliable The only time I saw anyone at the reception was when I checked in. I have now been asking for an invoice for a month and also asked my local colleague to call them. They kept promising but nothing happened. A huge problem for me as the trip was paid with my employer’s credit card.

Great area close to the best spots in town. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
