We spent a couple of days in Palazzo Malaspina and our experience was absolutely excellent from the arrival and during the whole stay. Beautiful, elegant, quiet room, and very comfortable bed. Great location, just steps away from the center square. All was great!

The best part of this B&B is extremely kind and caring, Sig B orange Alessandra, the proprietor. She went out of her way to help solve a problem we were having. Also, it's a great location.

This is the first time ever I write a review but this B&B deserves it. What a beautiful and unique place! It's a historic building of the 16th century that has been carefully renovated, with elegant and large rooms and lovely common spaces (living and dining room). You can tell all the love and dedication that the Family that owns it, has put into it. Located 2 minutes walking distance from the beautiful old town of Piacenza.
The only pity is that I had to little time to enjoy it, since I was on a work trip

Basically as some other comments said here, arrogant person who gets triggered by feedbacks but that would be fine if he didnt completely scam us and was agressive and threatening eventually in emails.
He claimed to send email to confirm the accomodation after we talked vis emails even about parking when we sent him info we reserved the room. I just translated email and there was NO CLEAR DEMAND to confirm it and nothing that would say it will be cancelled. He also confirmed our booking in parking conversation. Then of course he was booked when we arrived :D maybe good we couldnt get in, when I saw reviews here and the streets itself,and we could just find something nice for example in Parma..

I guess it's ok for the price we paid. The forniture was very old, but it doesn't matter so much because it's a hotel. The only thing that I didn't like was the dust and cobwebs which means it wasn't clean enough. The good thing about this place is that it's in the center of the city so you don't really need a car. The old lady was very nice, but the young lady was kinda rude and she didn't really know much about the B&B rules she told us that the place doesn't offer breakfast due to Covid, but I personally think it's supposed to because it's called Bed and Breakfast also people need food no matter what.

In walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants in the old part of Piacenza with roman ruins, architecture and historic buildings.
The b&b with its own individual decor and furniture in the room with an adjoining bathroom. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This included breakfast. Good value for money.

The location is great, just 2 mins walk from the main town square. The rooms are spacious, clean and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A calm and cozy stay. I would happily stay there again!

We spent 2 nights at Palazzo Malaspina. It was very nice. Clean, great hospitality, tasty breakfast, close to very good restaurants and a center location from which you can visit all of the key places in the beautiful Piacenza. Higly recommended!
