We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Diplomatic. The rooms were simple but very comfortable, with lovely balconies overlooking the sea – the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. The hospitality was exceptional, especially thanks to Mrs. Fiorella, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. But the real highlight was the food. Chef Fabio spoiled us daily with delicious homemade dishes – a wide variety of pasta, meat, and fish, all cooked to perfection. Breakfast was a treat too, with freshly homemade cakes every morning prepareed by the chef. We felt so well looked after and can’t wait to come back!

This place is so nice. Right on the water and has amazing views and the service was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend for any of my friends and family to stay here anytime they come. A+! 10/10!!!

We stayed from 24 to 28 April, triple room, it is very bright, in addition to the French door it has a large window, electric shutters, a nice balcony, modern and efficient furnishings, excellent cleanliness, the food is very good and plentiful, all meals are preceded by a very varied buffet, in addition to raw cooked vegetables, au gratin, there are fish carpaccio, delicious focaccia made by them, etc., the courtesy and kindness of the staff puts you at your comfortable, I will definitely return.

This is our beach house. Kindness, courtesy and availability are the essential assets of the Diplomatic hotel in Riccione. Simple, clean and functional rooms, all with sea views. Superb breakfasts, lunches and dinners, all excellent and of good quality. But the real difference is made by the people who manage the structure. From the owners who are always attentive to the customer, to all the staff who make you feel welcomed, involved and special. A super thank you to Fiorella & Family, to the legendary and very nice Luca and to the new arrival Andrea. You are legendary.

THIS HOTEL WITH A CAPITAL H HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BE AMONG THE BEST HOTELS HERE IN RICCIONE, HOSPITALITY 10+ THE DIRECTOR (FIORELLA), A DELICIOUS PERSON WHO GUIDED US IN THESE 3 DAYS DESPITE THE CHAOTIC, PINK NIGHTS, THE YOUNG AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF COMPLETE AN EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AS IT SHOULD BE A HOTEL OF EXCELLENCE, VERY VARIED BREAKFAST AND (in my case) THE PRESENCE OF RAW FROM THAT MORE TOUCH!
EXCELLENT CLEANING AND PERFECT LOCATION FOR ANY KIND OF BUSINESS YOU WANT TO DO! what more do you want ?!

Family-run hotel and this, in my opinion, is a strong point. The owner, Mrs. Fiorella, is always available and super efficient. Very good cleaning of the common areas and rooms, which in times like this, is alone to be appreciated. Good cooking.

Zero stars! Unfortunately it was not possible to stay in the structure.
We booked a stay over the phone for a week and on arrival we were told that the room was no longer available. Such a thing has never happened.

I stayed at this property in the week from 6 to 8 August. The rooms are all sea view and there is no risk of having a cold shower, as happened to me in the past, when everyone goes up from the beach. The staff was very friendly, the service at both breakfast and lunch was varied and accompanied by an excellent buffet. Bicycles were also offered free of charge. Beautiful balconies illuminated in the evening with fiber optics.

Great waterfront hotel with sea view rooms. Very convenient to the beach and a few minutes from Viale Ceccarini. Fiorella and all the staff fantastic and you eat like God! Compliments!

We stayed in this hotel for a short vacation, very nice structure, designer furniture, with attention to every detail.The owners, Giuseppe and Marta are very kind, professional and very helpful. Gorgeous room, very spacious and spotless. Excellent cuisine
and strategic position a stone's throw from the sea.

Two-star hotel, but it deserves more. Well-kept and very clean rooms, excellent cuisine. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, abundant and varied breakfast served by a very kind and professional maid, clean room. Convenient location of the hotel to reach the sea.
Too bad we were not warned, on our arrival, that on Tuesdays it is not possible to park in via Tasso, due to the afternoon market; although the responsibility to inform us by reading the signs was exclusively ours, I would have appreciated this foresight.
Little attention to the use of masks in the reception-bar area and this frankly left me a bit dumbfounded.
I recommend preparing something to place the beauty case in the bathroom and the shampoo in the shower: in practice, you are forced to leave everything in the room by going back and forth, or to place the products on the floor.

It has now been 1 year since we first arrived at this fantastic hotel and we can't wait to return.
Friendly staff who welcomed us with open arms, hearty breakfast with excellent food, aperitif accompanied by excellent appetizers offered by the house, excellent room cleaning (despite having left our clothes in disorder scattered throughout the room we found them folded on the bed by a lovely cleaning lady).
The room we rented (suite for two) wasn't great, more !!! a bathtub in front of the double bed, excellent for romantic evenings with your partner, a huge shower, an electrically ventilated bathroom and a large terrace equipped with chairs and a table to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
Furthermore, the cards for accessing the room and monitoring the internal temperature of the room are very convenient.
Despite numerous trips abroad this hotel will forever remain our favorite. Congratulations to staff and hotel 10/10
