Wonderful hotel, great staff, delicious food. Bonus spa and pool, and also close to the beach. We were treated to additional treats from the hotel owner to experience wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting.

We were a group of 18 people mostly cyclists. Some of us had been here before and we wanted to bring back a group so that they could experience a wonderful biking hotel vacation

They made you feel like family, from the greeters at the front desk, to the staff in the restaurant, and the bike guides were superb! Mikol was our guide, and she was fabulous, informative, always made sure we were all together, etc

The owner of the hotel took the time to talk with us at dinner a couple of times and it was clear he is passionate about his hotel. By the end of the vacation, we felt like we had been treated like family

They provided bananas and sandwiches for the rides. They were the first to offer the bike rentals and guides, and they are the gold standard. WELL DONE EVERYONE!!! Can't wait to go back!!!!

I visited Hotel Dory this September for a Cycling week. The hotel is welcoming, very well looked after. The facilities are very good, the spar etc. The apartment we had was roomy and modern

We stayed at Hotel Tiffany’s Riccione during the Ecomondo fair and everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional

They even organized a fantastic Italian dance evening that everyone loved — it made our stay unforgettable! We’ll be very happy to come back next year, whether for work or just for a relaxing holiday

Had a sea view room, nice clean hotel very close to the beach. Good location, close to main roads as well as local amenities. Halal food available 5 minutes walk away. Nice views from hotel, recommended for family stays

The Hotel is right on the beach. Staff ALL helpful. Nothing I would change. Bfast was great too! Amazing cafe, cappuccino. Stupende as they say in Italy.

The rooms, in addition to the beautiful view, are clean and with everything you need, very kind and helpful, even the cleaning lady. The room was disinfected and thoroughly cleaned daily

All good we went end of March, and had a pleasant experience. The only con is that at night it could be noisy if they do entertainment in Piazza Roma: Not hotel's fault.

The hotel is a few steps away from the beach, and even though it has dedicated sunbeds, they are not included in the price and are really expensive

Drivers were so helpful and there were enough english speaking staff to meet our needs. a place for Americans so having english speaking staff is both helpful and appreciated but not really expected)

My wife and I were part of a 53-member group bike trip. The bike guides are excellent, kudos to Steve, and equipment was good. The facilities were in great shape

Good location, excellent breakfast, clean and fun pool. Parking is ok, and reasonably priced. Staff is helpful, but sometimes distant, but they do a really good job running the place

I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! The staff were warm and welcoming too!! The bicycles provided for our cycling were nice than any bike I’ve ever ridden

There’s a small bar if you fancy a drink or snacks (we had two cocktails). The view is beautiful you can see the harbour and the beach stretching for miles. The swimming pool is on the 7th floor

There are also three jacuzzis. The swimming pool is not deep, but big enough and enjoyable, perfect water temperature. The location of the hotel is very good, not even a 10-minute walk to Viale Ceccarini

Breakfast was great in our hotel , and on departure day, bar staff prepared us some nibbles, but our evening meal was in a sister hotel, but it was a short walk. Great location for beach, boat viewing, and the airport

Bathroom with two sinks, big shower and many towels and toiletries. We visited the rooftop swimming pool right away. There’s a bagnino always present who shows you which loungers to use and brings you towels

Smooth check-in, we got upgraded without asking. Our room had two balconies, one partially facing the sea, which was lovely. Nice big tv and very comfortable bed. Tiny wear and tear damages, but nothing major

We were also able to pay for a late checkout so it felt like a 2 night stay. Riccione (as with cervia, our previous location) seemed to be shutting down for winter

Pool, is scenic once in front to the reception, water is all season warmed up and it is a plus if the sea is not so swimmable. I surely considered this hotel for my next family vacation

The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and well situated, a 2 minute walk from the beach and a short distance to the shops, of course they have their glass pool which is great fun but the best thing about this adriatic gem is the staff

I have enjoyed coming to the Hotel Boemia for years. For me as a racing cyclist, the hotel is ideal with its bike cellar and you can relax by the great pool after a lovely ride in Emilia-Romagna

They are completely wonderful going above and beyond to make sure the experience of staying there is relaxing, they seem to be able to anticipate your every need and work together seamlessly to create a warmth that makes your stay feel like you are with friends

The food quality at meal times was really good with lots of variety during the week. Location was really great too, close to the beach and really well served by public transport

Staff was so friendly and good with our kids at meal times, restaurant tables had pencils and paper with kids characters set up every meal for our young kids, we had a travel cot in the room set up for us on arrival and a single bed for my older child with a bed rail provided by the hotel

The evening menue was divers, we loved every dish, very tasty. Breakfast also great, eggs, bacon, fruits , yogurts, good coffee. The pool was very clean, heated to 30 degrees

The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the grounds are kept beautifully and a nice swimming pool, though not heated. Breakfast was one of the best i have had abroad, loads of choice and excellent quality

Friendly, efficient service in a beautiful building; a good comfortable sleep despite the regular sound of the trains passing into and through the station (I thought it was a wind storm at first)

Be warned, there are stairs to entrance (elevators to upper floors) if you are lugging large luggage. Good sized room and excellent value for price. Planning to stay again on my way out of town

No better location for train and touring Perfect choice if you're coming or going from the Riccione station, as Hotel de la Ville is right across the street and just a few steps to the beach

Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower

Rooms are not as new as expected and very small, the pool is across the road, be ready to clean the bathroom from water each time you are taking the shower

The hotel's two pools with the beach in front make the vacation super convenient, as are all the transportation to the center of Riccione, the shuttle service, bicycles and strollers, and the availability of guests are a great plus

First time at this hotel! My daughter Carlotta and I spent our vacation here, and we had a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, the entertainment staff took care of my daughter, trying to involve her in all their activities! Devon, Eros, and Alessia were fantastic! All the hotel staff, from the receptionists to the waiters and waitresses to the housekeepers, never let us down

Perfect location and outstanding services for all guests! kids loved it and had a lot of fun with the Foam party and the Color party on the beach plus tons of age appropriate activities it was a great experience and we built wonderful memories together

Kids loved it! Warm water, wonderful view! :) You need a cap there, but you can buy it at reception just for 1 eur. Hotel location is perfect- about 7 min to the sea, 5 min to main street with shops and restourants

Did the online checking which made it easy when we got to the hotel. Only thing, if I had to say something I didn’t like is that they only had a liquid soap in the shower that was shampoo and body wash all in one

I spent two long week ends in the past month in Lunariccione and each time I was genuinely sad that the vacation was over: kind staff, very good food quality, modern facilities and convenient location - The staff at the reception, in particular Leda, was very helpful and simplified the check ins and check outs - Very kind waiter/waitresses (special thanks to Luigi, Flo, Ewa) - Wide selection of food...

Excellent stay - would definitely go back. Leda, the lovely lady’s at reception, makes you like you are home from the moment you step into the place - same vibe I always find at the mandarin oriental hotels

The price isn't cheap for someone like us who booked the presidential suite, but it's worth every penny. We also tried the restaurant, and as usual, we loved the food—very good and well-presented

The hotel was fairly quiet, we put this down to being the end of season. We had our room upgraded which we were very grateful for, the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels etc

We enjoyed visiting the spa which was always clean and not too crowded. The massage I had was also very good. The hotel is minutes away from the sea front with shops and things to do very close by

The staff in the restaurant, such as Eduardo or Giuseppe and many others , and the man who took care of the pool area are all not only very kind but also put a great deal on details and accuracy

When I asked to change the room, the reception ladies tried hard to find us a better room but they were completely booked and it was not their fault that we had booked this option ( lower priced room)

The food was fabulous and though we had not the best room ( 136 ) with no balcony and a very bad view, all staff made its best to make us feel welcome
