My family and I give a star because zero is not possible.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Staff practically absent, not at all kind and do not keep their words.
The meals are from the barracks, the dishes are poor in quantity and of poor quality.
The buffet is summed up in vegetables and beans every day ...
We with a 3 year old child requested his dish when the dining room opened and when they remembered to bring it to us, it was raw and badly seasoned in advance only because it was asked before.
They give you an hour to sit down at the table, but if you decide to arrive towards the end of this hour, you won't find anything and the waitresses take your plate away from under your nose in haste.
We went out for dinner 2 times out of a week's stay, taken by hunger and desperation ... !!!
We asked for an aperitif before dinner, there was an elderly man who at the request of 4 spritzes told me that he did not know how to make them, on hearing this, I asked if I could make them myself and so it was ... ABSURD !! !
I remember that we are talking about a 3-star superior but only on paper ...
Small, dirty rooms and after the cleaning ladies have passed, you don't notice the difference.
We were on the fifth floor and we had ants in the bathroom, the shower tiles with mold and the walls of the walls were filthy and full of cracks.
To make the bed they didn't even move the pillows and the crumbs on the floor that we found on the first day, they stayed there in the same position for the whole week.
They gave us the word to keep a parking space in their parking lot but nothing, so we had to pay for an external one.
Bad experience that we will not repeat ... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

I was on vacation for a week and ate little and badly! The buffet is always the same, the dishes very poor, the staff some friendly and helpful others a little less! I have never found the breakfast buffet so poor in stuff! The small and narrow double room, the only beautiful thing is the sea view! the positive thing is the comfort in the center and one step away from the sea! The excellent price but the service given was zero !!! I will definitely not go back there again !!
