I recently spent 9 wonderful days at this hotel with my family, marking our second visit. As always the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with a smile. I booked by inserting in the search the availability of a whirlpool tub inside the room. On arriving the room only had a shower and at the request for explanations we were told that it is the booking site that entered it because the hotel has a jacuzzi but not inside the rooms (among other things, broken without being reported nowhere). Private parking was supposed to be available but it is so small that if it is full there is not even space to maneuver. I got my refund and changed hotels.
