Hotel Azzurra in Rimini

The worst hotel we have ever booked. It is falling apart, the rooms are dirty, there is no proper shower, no shower curtains, just little hole in the middle of bathroom where logically all the water will be splashed on everything inside that bathrooms. AC was leaking on the floor, no elevator, sheets not clean and slightly ripped. Rooms are extremely small and not at all the same as showed on the pictures. When we asked why the pictures are different, they said they have not updated the pictures, which is a false advertising as everything looks much worse than it is. At the end we asked for refund and booked another hotel that was not that far and with just a few extra euros it actually looked like a 3 star hotel. It’s hard to believe this hotel has 3 starts, at least not in this reality. Feels like reviews are fake, and maybe mine will be deleted as well 🙈

Unfortunately the room was dirty and not matching the pictures online, though. Not sure how it has such a high rating given you do not get your money worth.
No elevator and hard to go up / down stairs.

The hotel is located by the main street. The evening and night noise from the street echoes wildly into the room. You can also hear people in other rooms talking and toilets! Breakfast is a complete mess on the food side. The coffee is made fresh and that's the only plus. The price is cheap for accommodation, but I will definitely not visit this hotel again. You can get bicycles from the hotel, which was also a plus. The air conditioners were also uncleaned and the interior was incredibly dusty. But still the street noise was terrible!
