This place deserves higher rating! Amazing people work here, they made our stay so comfortable and warm from every aspect. Excellent value for the money, the rooms are cleaned every morning, and it's done properly. Breakfast is really good, the stuff made sure that our gluten free needs are met every single morning. They even made a separate cake so that the breakfast would be as equal as possible to the regular one.
We had a room with a big terrace, not hyper big room but still enough to function without any issues. Air-con included, hotel is pet friendly, the location is excellent, beaches are 2min walk from the hotel, and the area is really safe.
Don't know what to say other than excellent experience, and all recommendations to book your stay here.

Perfect stay! Cozy and comfortable room with everything you need. Delicious and varied breakfast included. Amazing staff — friendly, helpful, and caring. Just 2 minutes to the sea with a beautiful view from the window. Definitely 10/10 and will return!

Very lovely hotel and close by the sea. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and other hotels around, but also quite in the room.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. What really made it special was the reception team – they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely warm. Their friendliness made a real difference and set a positive tone for the entire trip.

The rest of my stay was great too – everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. But it’s that heartfelt welcome at the front by Lorenzo at the
desk that I’ll remember most.

Would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We really liked the Hotel Ca'vanni. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel also offers a guarded and fenced parking lot. The hotel's location is perfect, about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Thank you, and we'll be back.

First to Italy. Simply incredible, only 4 trips for the sake of emotions sea, I want density Service staff of the entire hotel, for me, as a simple person, it was at the highest level. Breakfasts

Nice room, without shower cubicle as it is an economy room
Abundant breakfast with sweet and savory, hot and cold drinks
We didn't eat in the hotel having only breakfast but I must say that we enjoyed our stay

It is the second year in a row that I spent my holiday at Ca'Vanni hotel and I am planning to return next year. You can find, of course, way more luxurious hotels in Rimini (all depends on your budget) but even if I could afford a fancier hotel, I would return here. Reasons are very simple: -extremely caring and polite staff -breakfast is excellent -rooms are spot on and cleaned daily -helpful receptionists when it comes to small additional requests -cozy and familiar environment -location is great, very close to the beach All in one...these guys rock. Thanks a lot for helping me spend another great holiday in Rimini and keep up the good work! Best, Georgeta

If I take over a hotel, I have to take over the reservations as well. or who may have bought it for say last year for a period of years but in the meantime a change of management occurred then those payments have been nrm valid? 😡 to contact the previous manager if the hotel's email address and phone number are provided for contact ..... so I ask you to either give a contact to the previous manager or return the amount paid to us after all, you are now the manager. or otherwise I will write my opinion about the hotel everywhere but I will not write nice ones for sure 😡😡😡
