This hotel is about spiritual comfort, the atmosphere is very friendly, the hotel owners are such kind and helpful people! Very tasty food and drinks in the restaurant, very comfortable and clean rooms. Separately, I would like to say that the hotel is surrounded by flowers, as soon as you approach the hotel, you receive aroma therapy. Mental comfort on vacation is very important to me and I got it in this place! The family that runs this hotel really does it with soul, you can feel it in every detail. Thank you so much for everything! PS: the jasmine plant that grows in the hotel was ordered for me, I brought it home and now it grows on my terrace in memory of Rimini and La Fenice Hotel❤️

Terrible experience with La Fenice in Rimini. They required a bank transfer for the deposit instead of offering a secure online payment, which felt outdated and untrustworthy. To be cautious, I transferred a small amount first and asked them to confirm receipt before sending the rest. Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, they never responded or confirmed anything. The deposit was effectively lost, and due to their lack of communication, we had to book elsewhere at the last minute. This was meant to be our first trip to Rimini, but the way this was handled has put us off visiting Italy altogether. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

I called up the reception where they knew nothing about any problems with the facility! Book here only if you are okay with such business - our vacation was ruined! This is all shameful and we are contacting the respective local authorities expecting further consequences.

l'arredamento, stile moderno ricercato e personale. si vede che rispecchia la personalita' di chi lo gestisce. Ho apprezzato molto l'ironia della mia camera, sul muro c'era una carta da parati con un asino davvero carino, tutto l'arredamento di design si sposava nell'insieme, bagno molto bello, doccia grande e funzionale, letto comodo, camera ubicata al quarto piano con balcone, persiane automatiche, tv . Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

I had an unforgettable vacation in this wonderful place. This hotel benefits from all the comfort you want. The rooms are spacious with a modern design and equipped with everything necessary that will definitely make you feel comfortable. A plus is the bathroom, which is very spacious.

The food is very tasty and very diverse

The staff is very attentive in terms of service, especially the bartender Francesco and the girls at the reception. I strongly recommend this hotel that has a wonderful view and a very good vibe. We will definitely come back with love

The owners, a young couple, are very helpful and pamper guests with a tasty cuisine of sea and land.
The fresh and well-kept environment invites you to relax.
The all inclusive formula takes away all thoughts. The beach, despite being large, does not bother with noise and is well managed.
I recommend to those who want a relaxing and pampering break, considering that the nightlife is a stone's throw away and the historic villages can be easily reached by car.
