The design hotel is located on the seafront in Viserba, a 10-minute drive from Rimini exhibition centre. Some rooms overlook the Adriatic sea, while others overlook Piazza Viserba. Spa facilities include a hot tub and sauna. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.

I was in Rimini for participating fiera and my hotel did not offer breakfast so I was looking for some nice possibility of hotel breakfast and… I found! for very good price offer from three menu of served breakfast, also possible to order mix from each, also possible to get soya capuccino… very kind staff and I was really satisfied that I found the best breakfast in Rimini!😊 I would like to come back also to enjoy stay during the season.

The name sounds like a great hotel, but unfortunately, it's very shoddy. The property deserves a 1, but I'm giving it a 2 only because of the extremely kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is very run down, old, with silicone everywhere, and very poorly cleaned. The location would be fantastic because it's right on the sea, but unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone.

Very convenient for the beach
Room floor cleaned each day. A detailed clean of other areas needs attention. Shower doors did not easily close as the sliding mechanism was faulty. Three styles of breakfast, with substantial portions. An occasional smell of drains from the bathroom. Staff very helpful.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. Offers a great parking service with very friendly staff. We've asked for a nice restaurant and the recommended one was more then great. Rooms are small, but have all the necessary items in it and airco. The breakfast the next day was also nice. If possible we'd like to come here some day!

Our stay at Riviera Mare Beach Life Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service made for an unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Viserba. We can't wait to return!

the photos they show are not very true
Our room was incredibly dirty. the dust was not wiped for a long time, the curtains were torn off, the air conditioner in incomprehensible black spots, the soap spread, the refrigerator was dirty and smelled bad, the hair dryer did not work well. I am upset that in Barcelona for 100 € you can find a good hotel with a good renovation, but in many cities in Italy people pay for hotels from 80s, without proper care, because they know that tourists will pay for it.

Perfect location and great room for the price
Only staff not tell about the sauna and the beach have to ask match.
And by check out the staff was sleeping and give the Key by the desk.
Hope to visit the hotel soon in the summer.

For the price it's ok. There is no onsite parking , so there is a secure car park outside of town . It is clean , tidy but also not new . The beach is less than 100m away. Breakfast is ok but not good either. But all in all it does justice to the price.

Stayed two nights for business in September 2018. Small and simple hotel but nothing is missing. Good room prices.
The owner is a very kind person, extremely helpful and who knows what true hospitality is.
Absolutely recommended.

I found very few hotels that at the time of the finished breakfast, although I wanted to go to the bar, insisted to set the table with the hood, coffee, juices, cakes and croissants! The Northern Sabrina is a very simple Hotel with very careful and pleasant management! The structure is dated, but kept in good condition, the meals are excellent, the rooms clean well! The location is excellent 1 minute walk from the sea and the pedestrian area but in a quiet area without too much mess around! Parking is lacking unfortunately, but at the end of the road on the opposite side to the sea, there is a free big one where you can leave the car without problems! It is certainly not a hotel for jocks, but in my opinion it is kept to the best (as far as a dated structure allows it) and for people who are looking for the comfort of a clean room and a friendly and customer-focused service! Value for money paid really great!

This hotel is a really wonderful place to stay. This is a very family oriented and a pleasant hotel.
We spent 4 remarcable days there during our short business trip to Rimini Wellness 2014 and were very satisfied with the service and the comodity of the hotel. Everything was clean and in a good condition. We loved the breakfast there and a small terrace outside. The hotel is very close to the sea and it took us only 3 minuts to get to the beach. We would like to say special thanks to the owners of the hotel Yakov and Francesca who treated us so well that we felt like at home! They took care about our needs and gave us lots of useful advices. They even organized groups of people for our trips to the Exhibition centre by taxi to come out cheaper. It will be our pleasure to stay there again at our next trip to Rimini!

2-star hotel located in the center and in front of the beach. Poor and poorly maintained rooms, shower not present. In terms of value for money, having tried the all-inclusive formula, I strongly advise against the hotel as the services offered are really poor and the welcome during check-in and check-out is the same.
