Hotel Derby in Rimini

My 1st time to Rimini, intense to choose a 4 star hotel near the beach. I read on a lot of comments before I choose Hotel Derby. The only thing is the hotel can't be measure of 4 star, can be only 2-3 star.

Good: Beach is by walking distance, also close to dog beach area if you bring your dog travel together. Breakfast is fine, staff service is fine, food street just below the hotel that you can find restaurant, convenience store, shopping stuff easily.

Disappointed: Hotel is just slightly bigger than a normal living house, swimming pool is super small which can only use for 4-5 guests and face to the street, no sauna or spa. Room are small & balcony can see directly to the neighbour's balcony (those rooms next to us) & the balconies of opposite hotel (Ancona hotel). Double bed is by two twins bed combined together, renovation is old like back to 80s'. Maid cleaning is fine, but not provide coffee & tea daily, you have to take from lobby yourself everyday (I stayed 5 days). Wifi is weak, for example when you open fb can't show up the photo or video but you can see those writing, open Google map took atleoast 5 minute, the stronger wifi spot is the lobby.
