Location: in Rimini, on the main promenade in Marina Centro, 50 metres from the bus stop which takes you to the train station and the historical centre, 7 km from the airport.
Consists of one 7-storey building. The apartment is located on the upper floors, starting from the 3rd.
The hotel has 42 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 80 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.
The room rate includes a weekly change of linen, change of bath towels every 2 days, water, gas, electricity, cleaning 1 time per week and final cleaning.

The hotel is in a fantastic central location right on the beach with great views. Plenty of facilities in the immediate area, including a large supermarket. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and adequately equipped. Got the sun on the balcony in the morning and outside each apartment door there are alcoves for afternoon sun. The reception staff made us feel very welcome and were super helpful. Overall for a 3 star hotel we had a great stay.

The location is perfect if you like the beach. But: as of September 23rd they stopped A/C so if you wanted fresh air you could open the bay window. However, it is loud outside. Internet was not stable, particularly in the bedroom. In the kitchen and living room it worked better. Staff is variable, some very nice, but not always. The walls are thin so you can hear what goes on in next room. The room itself are old (mold in the corridor). Location is great, lots of restaurant nearby, a great supermarket across the street, pharmacy, taxi. post office, ice cream, etc.). The apartment is spacious and can accommodate 4 people. The bathroom needs some upgrading. Price is reasonable during mid season. I would not go back and do not recommend for someone traveling for work.

I highly recommend it for the courtesy of the staff and the very central location. Rimini in spring offers truly beautiful moments with less crowds.

Perfect experience. Weekend to celebrate 20 years of marriage.... Beautiful structure and perfect welcome. Strategic location of the residence. Excellent cleanliness and apartment equipped with every comfort. We will definitely return

Reservation and reception handled very professionally. The property is located in an excellent location, practically on the beach and a stone's throw from the pharmacy, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Clean, bright apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a priceless sea view. Very positive experience, to be repeated!

With a family of 4 adults and 4 small children, finding the right accommodation is not always easy. The apartments at the Piccadilly were the ideal solution. They are comfortable and clean with everything one might need. They are just off the beach and the view of the beach from the balconies is phenomenal. The hospitality personnel were all super nice and professional. They made our stay very pleasant by being attentive to all our needs. This was a worry free vacation thanks to the outstanding service
