Wonderful stay in a place where you feel like home. Family-run hotel has excellent location, great owners, delicious breakfast, spacious clean apartment, bicycles to rent and abslolutely nothing to complain about. All you need is there. Strongly recommend!

Very well equipped apartament. Very welcoming staff and owner.

We were also equipped by the staff with list of all the best foods, list of restaurants and locations to visit.

Close to the beach and nice place to see San Marino, Ravenna, Rimini, salina and other interesting locations and monuments around.

Good morning, we had a great time.
The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and spacious, with everything you need for lunch or dinner without the usual hotel hours. The location is close to Cervia's public beach, surrounded by the greenery of the Cervia pine forest.

My husband and I stayed at this residence for ten days in August 2025 with our five-year-old grandson. We absolutely loved the apartment's amenities, its cleanliness, and its proximity to the sea. Special thanks to Giacomo, Mauro, and all their staff for their courtesy and helpfulness. We plan to return next summer.

Perfect place to stay in Cervia — very spacious, clean, well equipped apartment - quiet area only 3 blocks from the beach. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Free bikes (some with seats for toddlers) to use on the many bike paths in Cervia - making it super easy (5-10 min) and fun to get to the center.

I stayed at this residence for two days with my husband, and we found the staff to be polite, friendly and hospitable, as only Romagna people can. The modern, very cozy apartment, located near the sea and the center of Cervia. Breakfast included and welcome complimentary bottle of Prosecco at 31. What can I say .. Place strongly recommended !!!! 😃
